Session #120 – June 25, 1989
Present: Betty Welty, Jean Chisholm, Jeneeka, Jnana Sivananda, Joni Schultz, Jon
Paul, Myra Perala, Peter Valiton and Sidney Smither.
This was not a deep-trance channeling session, just a discussion period. Following are
notes on some of the more important issues:
Clarification on the meaning of Hadiki:
Gloria: Are you ready, at this moment, to turn over everything you own and
everything that you are, including your life, to someone’s care? There isn’t anyone in this
room that I would not say to tomorrow or today, right this moment, “Put your signature
on my bank account. Here are my stock certificates. Here is the deed to my house. I need
you to take care of these things for me, and I would trust you implicitly.” If you do not
trust someone like that, you are not in Hadiki with them. Hadiki is sharing Space, as
intimately as Space can be shared. If you have to be constantly on the defensive, that’s
not Hadiki sharing. That’s not Hadiki relaxing.
The Hadiki concept was introduced to me when the teachers were telling us that
we would come on hard times where our lives would depend upon our support of each
other, where we could depend 100% on the other guy being as survival-oriented toward
us as he or she is toward himself.
Part of the Hadiki Consciousness is being truthful and open, and saying what you
think and how you feel.
About Earth Changes:
Gloria: The day the violence broke out in China, about 10:00 in the morning, I
was alone in my shop. I often get messages then, when I’m doing something that sort of
diverts the earthly focus, other things can come in, like making beds or doing dishes, the
routine things. Source said, “Well, that lets the pressure off.” I was told that the violence
in China has relocated the focal point of the violence. There they had told us that Japan
and Alaska would focalize the tsunami there, the violence in China refocused it, drew
different parameters.
Jnana: Spatial Shift.
Gloria: Yes. Anyway, we are still in line for an earthquake and a possible tsunami,
but not that one.
Ego Boundaries and the Wheel of Karma
Gloria: I think probably the channeling will occur sort of in a natural process as
we communicate, in the same way that happens when I’m communicating with you in a
teaching role or a conversational role, or a counseling role, a reading role, or whatever.
There’s a mind-set that’s not trance at all. It’s a mind-set that lets information come in
when the focus is given to it, like in a reading. People say, “Is it wise for me to do this?”
or “Can you tell me about that?” Then it’s like you go to that cabinet and pull out that
drawer. I don’t know how to explain it.
Joni: This happened once before when you couldn’t get into trance, and we all
acknowledged the fact that we were talking to the teachers.
Gloria: I think that in the eight years that the circle has met, this has happened
only three or four times. Anyway, that’s kind of the way it’s going to happen.
The teachers gave us Purpose on the wheel of Karma that has to do with the
Realm of Self. That relates to the Entity Self. That’s us, the Entity Personalities. “Entity
Personifications” were the words they used this morning, Entity Personifications that
have these Purposes: Survival, Security, Comfort and Luxury.
But the Ego also has Purposes of a slightly more encompassing nature. It’s the
Ego’s duty to see that the Entity Personifications provide something to be passed on to
the Soul. That’s its job. It’s kind of a supervisory sort of thing. It’s also it’s Purpose to
not only see that this happens, but to see that it happens in a continuity of strength, that
the strength is found in the continuity of it. Then it’s also given the responsibility to
administrate this, to control it, and to set the ideal.
OK. So there’s a four-corner Purpose that the Ego is bound by, those four
Purposes, so that the Ego – and this is something I didn’t know before, something they
told me this morning – that it’s the Ego that decides incarnations for us. We have a
certain degree of free will. We can make certain choices within certain boundaries. If we
make a choice that is apt to take us outside of this decision made at incarnation, then
seemingly external events transpire to keep us destiny-bound.
The Ego is like a parent teaching a child to walk and lets the child walk where it’s
safe, but not into the swimming pool and not under the car, and not into the barbed wire,
or whatever. So we are shepherded, and this is the Good Shepherd of the bible: our Ego.
So these decisions are made, the boundaries are placed, before we incarnate, and within
these boundaries we have free choice. Our alternatives for choices are far beyond our
possibilities of exhausting.
Recently, all the scissors in my shop disappeared. Peter helped me look. They
were not there where we could find them readily. I’ve got five pair of scissors, all with
orange handles, in my shop. We couldn’t find a single pair. If it were just me, it would
be, “Well you just didn’t see them”. But Peter helped me. Peter was there. So I’ve got
verification of this.
Also, Peter built me a beautiful light box. I had acquired a piece of frosted glass
from one of my customers, Custom Glass, and Peter built a box for this glass to fit in. I,
penny-wise and pound-foolish, rather than spend thirty dollars on a table, used my
brother’s table, which has a defective leg, and the leg caved in and the light box hit the
floor shattering the glass. That was the second time. The first time, a little ceramic head
that I used to keep pencils in shattered. It was a relic of the ‘20’s. It was older than I. It
was one of those things that evolved in society when pre-rolled cigarettes first made their
manifestation and every coffee table had a little container of cigarettes for their guests.
This was a little ceramic head, and it fell, crashing and shattering, so I discarded it. I
thought, “Now that’s a lesson, I am to get rid of these things that I’ve tied myself to the
past with. I’ve got to let things go.”
So I began that process. Then the scissors disappeared and the light box shattered.
I have reached a conclusion, and Source has already started giving me instruction on
preparing to leave. These were just guidelines. The scissors disappeared because I’m not
supposed to cut off all ties. But it was the rigid things that shattered. Also the light table
was for the future, so I am not to plan that line of action. The Ego is keeping me very
narrowly into my destiny path, no matter how much I might want to stay here with you.
I’m not going to be able to because that’s not my destiny path.
But we’re all tied together, and so, as some of you have voiced today, this is your
opportunity to expand yourselves. Whatever time we have left together, and it could be
that the ending of the deep trance is for the benefit of us all, is for me to enjoy you. Do
you realize how little time I have with you? I see you rarely. The interaction between us
is very narrow. So, wherever I’m going, whether here, there or elsewhere, it’s allowing
me some time with you, if you want to give it to me, but that’s purely up to you, too,
because you have a stake in all this.
So, I think the mechanics of our meetings are going to be workshop, perhaps, in
nature. They will be giving me information on this Ego construction and our contribution
to Soul, based on our limitations of the Karmic Wheel. They’ve given me a lot more
information. I just passed on a littlie bit of it this morning. But that was the main issue I
was to give you this morning, this business of Ego Purpose and how that Purpose has
already established our destiny path, and how we are confined within that destiny,
although from our limited perspective, our opportunities are limitless. We can’t see the
boundaries, but they make themselves known to us when we begin to push the limits.
Betty: Would you please again deal with the difference between destiny and fate?
Gloria: I think destiny is the pattern and fate is what we make of it.
Jenika: Fate is these things along the way?
Gloria: The choices. We can walk our destiny path in fear or joy, and that’s our
fate. We design that.
Sidney: Wouldn’t you say, then, that destiny is related to the total boundary?
Gloria: Yes.
Sidney: Then fate is what you do with that, how much of that you fill up or use, or
make choices within, and so on.
Gloria: Yes. I think that fate relates to the Quantification of Quality. One of the
boundaries is our Quality. We’re human Quality, and we can’t work outside of our
humanness. We can Quantify with our joy or our fear or our guilt, or whatever else we
add.
