Session #131 – January 19, 1992
Gloria’s Circle
Present: Bill, Betty, Edith, Jean, Jnana, Joni, Maxine, Myra, Owen, Peter, Sidney,
Vivian, Gloria and Sheariam. (9:00 a.m., Sunday at Edith's.)
The session opened with a worship service led by Myra on the theme, "What do we most
appreciate about the Temple Teachers". The channeled session with Sheariam was
followed by a brief Hadiki meeting (reported separately) and a very nice Hadiki potluck
lunch.
(Preceding the meeting Gloria announced that she had a letter for each of us, not to be
opened at the meeting. It was a letter of personal appreciations, and it also announced the
intent to set up a last weekend retreat.)
GLORIA: I've always had the help and assistance of my Source Group. But it
wasn't until the Teachers formulated this group enabling us to have the teachings that I
got acquainted with them. And you can't associate with beings of such high vibrations
without being drawn up yourself. This teaching and wonderful, wonderful
companionship have enabled me to be aware of what my karmic obligations are, and
have brought out the courage for me to fulfill those obligations. That moment by
moment joy that is indescribable, and which I was without for a couple of years, which
made me more intensely appreciate the value of that connection. And I am so grateful
that it happened. (comment of assurance that the Teachers would come back) Well, you
may have, but this little human here wasn't all that sure.
I have one other thing I would like to say. Myra and I have been used in this
all along. My letter and Myra's presentation today are just like siblings, so close that I
almost can't believe that what you've said here carries so much of the meaning that is in
my letter. This is another real-life evidential kind of thing of the Teachers at work. And
that is one of the greatest things they have given us -- the evidence in our own lives, the
reality that we could hold in our own hand and say, "This is real. To me this is real." It
is not just a thought that someone else may perceive and take in and embroider, but its
down in black and white -- the evidence has been given to us. And I think that is so
remarkable, because I don't know of any other system of belief that has had as much true
black and white evidence as we have received. We are just a unique, very specially
blessed group.
(The worship service ended with special statements of thanks to the Teachers and Gloria
spoken in unison by the group, followed by singing "Thank you Teachers".)
GLORIA: OK, as you can see there is a lot on the board. (see p. 16) And like I
say, this direct connection -- it's not as though I didn't have a lot of other things to do, but
of course this meeting has been on my mind and in my heart as the day approached. But
there was something going on that I could not resist. And the Teachers have a way of
arranging things, which I'm sure you have all felt in your lives, so that they gave me a
specific period of time in which I had total privacy and quiet, which is very rare, too rare,
in my life. But I'm looking forward to lots more of it soon.
What you find on the board here in addition to what we've had before is what
they dictated to me. I have learned that there are certain signals for me to take a pencil or
pen with me or a tablet. It doesn't come as automatic writing so much as the concepts are
so clear and so precise that I must write them down. Now that may be part of my
particular focus or character or personality, that I feel required to write it down. But I
find that at the time that I'm writing it, I'm not thinking about it.
Now the Teachers have told us that what we call "thought" is just actually
processing data. And I have come to recognize the difference between their "dictation"
and what I think about it. And while they are dictating, I cannot think about it. I have to
read it later and think about it. All I have been able to do so far is to express my dismay
at not understanding what they give, and being comforted by their assurance that they are
going to explain this to us.
When I left the Christmas party, I had the feeling, a very strong, what you
might call a gnawing kind of feeling, that the Teachers had not said all they had intended
to say. And I expressed this view to several of you, and your feedback was not only
informative but comforting, because I felt that I had perhaps fallen short of my
responsibility. But someone expressed that dinner may have been delayed a little long,
and the wine flowed too freely -- I know I had four glasses myself. And it's a strange
thing about alcohol, but I can't concentrate. So it could be that none of us were
concentrating sufficiently to allow them to say all that they wanted to.
Another concept that was given me was that there were people there that
would not have been able to deal with what they might have been said. And as I thought
over this feeling of the Christmas party and writing my letter to you, I was so infilled
with information, that all I could say is, "Please give it to the group yourselves." And
they said they would. So if you'll give me a moment here to get concentrated and
functioning -- ...
OK. First of all I am to tell you that we only have four more sessions
including this one. And Enid plans to come next time for the initiation ceremony for
Edie and Vivian. And there is too much to be delivered to you in this short time that they
are saying to me, "Get to work, get to work, get to work." .... I believe that it is Sheariam
that is here. ...
SHEARIAM: (speaking more slowly and precisely with greater volume) Yes, it is
time. It is time that you buckle down. There is much to be done in a very short time.
We knew when we were giving the information on the Wheel of Karma two of your years
ago that the time then grew short for certain members of your Circle. We truncated the
teachings at that time in order to cover certain information needed by those individuals
who would not be continuing with your Circle. It is now our intent to return to that point
and complete the information on the Wheel, at minimum, the basic layer, if you will.
As once before I told you, there are not only primary, secondary, tertiary,
quaternary, and beyond, levels of function of those on the KARMIC WHEEL. As given
Gloria previously, an organism of creation, mineral form, some container of
consciousness may travel around and around and around from MATTER through
KNOWLEDGE, and back to MATTER. This is a foundational function which continues
for you in an expansion of beingness.
Function, karmic levels of; Consciousness, container of Wheel of Karma; Karma,
Wheel of; Beingness, expansion of; Matter; Knowledge Volition
A CONTAINER OF CONSCIOUSNESS may at some point in that cycling
expand its VOLITION to the secondary, tertiary, and so on. At some point of
development, that entity may leap from one level of the WHEEL to the next. When
KNOWLEDGE becomes such that DESIRE can build a body, another SPECIES may
come into being in this physical reality in which you have your present existence. That is
true at all three LEVELS of the WHEEL.
Species, birth of
When the ABSOLUTE created out of itself the DIVINE GERM CELL, the
proliferating process was that of YIN ENERGY -- the conceptionalization process which
carries along with it the YANG or the SEMINAL ENERGY. As this conceptionalization
proceeds, each Realm is an expansion of the previous Realm and is indeed built around
the previous realm, remaining always within the ABSOLUTE. Never allow that thought
to escape you. Remember always, no matter your condition, you exist within the
ABSOLUTE.

As this CONCEPTUAL ENERGY proceeded to create Realm after Realm
after Realm, there came a point in "involvement" at which there must be a reversal by
ABSOLUTE PLAN. In the emission of the original very first DIVINE GERM CELL,
that point of reversal was also created within the DIVINE GERM CELL itself.

Your current physical scientists have what they call the "BIG BANG
THEORY". This is that point in what you call "time", in which or at which the REALM
OF SELF was born, the REALM OF SELF being primarily this physical world which
you currently experience.

As given in your Christmas message, that was the point at which the
SEMINAL ENERGY became predominant, and the CONCEPTUAL ENERGY became
recessive. Thus, you celebrated this event in the birth of a male being. There are some
cultures in your condition that recognize the CONCEPTUAL ENERGY as being what
brought about all that you have. But it is the SEMINAL ENERGY which takes that
which you create in the REALM OF SELF through your experience, and builds, expands,
enhances all of the Realms that have been created through the CONCEPTUAL
ENERGY. For the sake of terminology, in your language, we might call the
CONCEPTUAL ENERGY, female, and the SEMINAL ENERGY, male. That is merely a
semantic.
Realm of Self; Self, Realm of; Karmic Wheel Seminal energy, becomes
predominant; Conceptual energy, becomes recessive; Seminal energy, builds;
Conceptual energy, creates
Wheel of Karma; Transition; Future, building; Home, decorating
It is in the REALM OF SELF that the KARMIC WHEEL, which you know,
is given structure. It is now time for your species to provide building blocks for those
REALMS into which you will TRANSITION. You are building your future homes. You
are also decorating my home. And when you despair, hate, entertain any negative
thoughts or emotions, you cause destruction in my home. We then must work hard to
clean up the chaos that you create. Do you wonder that we strive so dedicatedly to
instruct you? It is not just that we love you; it is that we love ourselves also. If you
would live in a clean domicile, you must love yourselves. If you love yourselves, then
you love us too. And so you decorate our lives; you do not destroy them.

The power of your THOUGHT in the GIFTS OF THE MAGI is so strong
that you can not only change your condition and clean up the mess that you have made,
you can help us clean up the mess made in the other Realms -- our home, our Teachers
homes, and their Teachers homes. Your mantle of responsibility is great, but it takes only
a few of you to do mighty works. You now in your world are witnessing the outcome of
your PEACE MEDITATIONS. Little groups here and little groups there have brought
about this opening, these connections. Your world was shrinking by your technology.
Had it not been for those precious few who determined their home would be clean and
dwelt in in peace, the shrinking world would be of quite a different nature.

It is not a negative thing, it is not a bad thing that species become EXTINCT.
When the species travels beyond the WHEEL OF KARMA, there is no further evidence
of it. Not all extinct ex-species are gone forever. Some are locked in limbo and will
return when the planet needs their housekeeping. Now is for your time. It is for your
housekeeping. It is for you to exercise your WILL.

The WILL of the KARMIC WHEEL directs the DESIRE BODY. WILL
controls and disposes all of these categories we have given you under the various steps on
the WHEEL. Through your contemplation, through your MEDITATION, through your
daily thoughts as you move through the routine of your days, you work to move from
WILL to MOTIVATION. You want to be so motivated that you do not need external
MOBILIZATION. You want MOTIVATION. Do you wish to be driven all of your
experience? Of course not -- you want to make choices in order to become SELF
MASTERED. It is only through SELF MASTERY that your species will take itself off
the WHEEL OF KARMA.
Contemplation, use of Meditation, use of; Motivation, from Will to; Mobilization,
need external; Motivation, want Driven; being and motivation; Motivation, being
driven and; Self mastery; Universe, expanding
Recently your physical science community made a miraculous discovery.
They have suddenly discovered that their theories were wrong. You do indeed live in an
expanding universe, but now your physical scientists have come to suspect that there is
some mysterious substance which they can't identify. Your UNIVERSE is not made up
purely of hydrogen molecules. There is something there that holds the molecules
together. You know that. You were given that at Christmas time; you were given that
before.
Universe, substance of Connections; Spiritual Will; Will, Spiritual; Bond, Desire to
You make CONNECTIONS which can never be broken no matter what you
think or do or wish to do; once a connection is made it cannot be broken. But when you
make connection out of DESIRE TO BOND, you are moving to the step of
MOTIVATION and away from the step of WILL.

Karmic Wheel Third level; Karmic Wheel
As we have given the categories under WILL, SPIRITUAL WILL is that
essence of DIVINE WILL that has come down through the REALMS or out through the
REALMS to you. And when you link PERSONAL WILL to SPIRITUAL WILL, you
can make that magical leap from the SECOND LEVEL of the WHEEL OF KARMA to
the THIRD LEVEL and get on with your job.
Now some time ago we gave you tasks. We asked you to attempt to
determine the difference between your NEEDS and your WANTS. Given the table that
we have delivered to you through our Channel, we ask you now to review what you have
done previously, and with the wish to move to that higher level of the THIRD portion of
the WHEEL, you SET SOME SPIRITUAL GOALS that you can actively pursue so that
we can help you clean house.
Needs. wants vs; Wants, needs vs Hadiki
Along these lines we wish you to study the meaning of HADIKI. We will
have more to say on the subject of HADIKI before we end these sessions. You will
receive instruction about the money and the silver. Plan for that three times hence. Our
plan for today's interaction with you is to have a question and answer period which you
have not had such privilege in recent times. And then we will close with a meditation
and healing. So we would at this time open the floor to your questions.
Alpha waves, tapes and; Theta waves, tapes and; Delta waves, tapes and
JNANA: Sheariam, this is Jnana. I recently came into possession of some tapes
that generate alpha, theta, and delta waves, and I'm wondering if these tapes are a good
means for me to purposely enter those states of consciousness.
SHEARIAM: They may serve as a tool to learn how to arrive at that cycling. It is
best if your journey is self-observed so that you may enter any level of brain cycle you
wish upon demand.
VIVIAN: Sheariam, this is Vivian, and I am so thankful and so grateful that I'm
where I am now and coming to the Initiation. I am wondering if I am going to have
opportunities to continue these studies, this learning where I am about to be moving now.
Big changes in my life.
SHEARIAM: There are huge changes in every life present in this room. You, and
all of you, have worked to the end that what has been given is available in a form that can
go with you individually wherever you may go. As a unique vehicle for the transmission
of our teaching, you have served well, and your service is complete. That does not mean
that you cannot continue as a Circle, but your ranks will be diminished. But wherever
there are two or more of you together, we can get the TEACHING through to you in
some manner, if you are open to it... ENID wants to come for your INITIATION, because
it is the final integration of your bonding with the Circle.
VIVIAN: Edie and I have been waiting for this. Thank you.
OWEN: Sheariam, are there specific places or institutions with which we should
place copies of the material that the Teachers have presented to us for its preservation and
wise use?
SHEARIAM: At this time there are so many physical planetary changes, political,
economic, as well as physical, that it behooves you each to preserve some form of the
teaching in your own possession. The time is not yet ripe for a custodial unit of public
orientation to have charge of these conveyances.
BILL: On keeping these with the present paper that we receive the transcripts on,
to prevent them from deteriorating, should we put them in plastic bags?
SHEARIAM: Each of you must determine what is suitable for you in your
circumstances. Some of you must preserve against dampness. Some of you must
preserve against heat. Some of you must preserve against invasion by little creatures.
BETTY: Sheariam, this is Betty. I've been wanting for so long to ask questions,
and now that the opportunity arises, I wonder which one is most important. But one of
the difficulties I've been having recently is that in the community in which I work I see
again and again situations that I see no solutions for -- in the social structure, in the
economic structure, etc. It's difficult to find and keep joy at that time. Have you any
suggestions on how we might project beyond what seems inevitable for a positive future
and a positive clean house? It's easy to say "be joyful", but sometimes that's very
difficult. Can you help?
Joy, social situations and; Joy, economic structures and; Joyful, being under
difficulty; Chaos, not understood; Outcomes, not perceivable
SHEARIAM: We understand that the chaos viewed is not always readily
understandable nor the outcome perceivable. When one witnesses a circumstance or
situation, the outcome of which seems to be not in keeping with what you would wish or
what we have taught is optimum, do not forget the invocation of TZADKIEL of
MERCY, "LOVE AND COMPASSION ARE INFINITELY REPRODUCED". That is
the greatest blessing that you can direct through your thought to any circumstance,
situation, or individual, group or other. You can then take JOY in the fact that you have
done the best that you are equipped to do. Does that help you?
Invoking Tzadkiel; Tzadkiel, invoking; Invoking, Mercy, Love and Compassion
BETTY: Yes, that does help. Other than beating one's self up -- just let it go, and
this is the best that I can do at this stage.
SHEARIAM: Precisely.
MYRA: That brings the question to mind -- I was hurting for the family who lost
their precious little 12-year-old boy this week in Portland.
SHEARIAM: He was scheduled to TRANSITION. Modern science had
interrupted the process, so he arranged for other circumstances. Do not feel sorry for
him.
Invoking, for family in pain; Criminals, Wheel of Karma and
MYRA: No. It was his family I was hurting for.
SHEARIAM: And MERCY, LOVE, AND COMPASSION for the family to accept
what they interpret as loss, and find the joy in the future of that entity.
OWEN: Sheariam, to follow on that story, the agent that brought about the
transition is viewed as an absolutely intolerable criminal type. What is the appropriate
way to view his role?
SHEARIAM: As a primary level of function on the KARMIC WHEEL moving
from WILL to DESIRE and back to WILL. Until that entity grows, as is inevitable, it
cannot reach the secondary or tertiary. Again, we recommend MERCY, LOVE, AND
COMPASSION that the entity finds the rising path rather than the road easiest traveled.
JNANA: This is Jnana again. I would like to confirm or find out a little bit more
about the opportunity for me to move to Spokane, whether that is a guidance that is being
presented to me, or whether I am going to remain in Portland.
SHEARIAM: We cannot make a prediction as to what you shall choose. The
opportunity has been offered so that your physical organism will be in a certain place at a
certain time. We can tell you no more.
JNANA: Thank you. That's what I suspected.
JEAN: I want to thank you for all the teaching blessings which I didn't
understand, but that I'm understanding more now. And now I feel that I'm at another
turning place. I feel that I'm getting very self centered or selfish. I feel that I'm not doing
my part, and it seems it takes most of my energy to keep myself functioning. And I can't
understand dreams that I've had lately. Can you give me any idea about what I should do
and what is ahead for me, what is the plan for me?
Relinquishment; Selfishness, relinquishment and; Relinquishment, selfishness and;
Child-like, being
SHEARIAM: You are being given life extension for you to learn the lesson of
RELINQUISHMENT, part of which you accepted, but all of which you did not adopt
when you suffered, as you say, the loss of your dear companion. You suffered only the
loss of the physical presence. The mental, emotional, and spiritual presence is still with
you and will continue with you until you join him. The time has come in your life for
you to be totally selfish, in your terminology. Only by being so do you actually
relinquish in evidence that desire to control events and circumstances. You may see your
inability or lack of desire to function in that all-mother way that you have for most of
your life, as being inappropriate, whereas in fact that is what you are to do. In the
process of chronological aging you go from childhood to childhood. You are being given
that opportunity to be child-like, not anticipating tomorrow, next year or next century; not
anticipating the consequences of your actions, but acting out of motivation by choice for
yourself. Enjoy to the ultimate the last short period of this physical presence among your
loved ones. You are given a very special opportunity. Sometime ago you made a
declaration -- you chose to give yourself this opportunity. Now take full advantage of it.
Play with your grandchildren. Be less of an authority. Let the authority come from their
parents, and you be a child with them. As for your life individually, fill your life with the
pleasures and the gratifications that are available to you that you have the presence of
mind and the physical strength to enjoy. Does that help you?
JEAN: It overwhelms me. And I feel very much the spirit, the presence of
Colin. Recently he's asked me to join him, and I seem to resist a little bit as if I'm not
quite through.
SHEARIAM: It is not time yet. Use your time joyfully and wisely.
JEAN: One thing I like to do is be of service to people and feel that I've...
SHEARIAM: Is that child-like? (Everyone laughing)
JEAN: Otherwise I feel that I'm just taking.
SHEARIAM: Is that not child-like?
JEAN: I guess it is (laughing). It doesn't seem right though.
SHEARIAM: Do you punish the child for being a child?
JEAN: It doesn't seem right just to take.
SHEARIAM: Do you deny the other the joy of giving?
JEAN: I guess I'll let them have that joy, but it still doesn't seem right.
SHEARIAM: You have still the lesson of RELINQUISHMENT. (laughter)
JEAN: Thank you very much. You make me cry. You make me happy too. It's
hard to give up feeling that you have to be responsible and you have to deny yourself. It's
hard to just think that you can enjoy.
SHEARIAM: Do so in full consciousness. Do not choose the road that others
choose which you call Alzheimer's or geriatric senility. You do not need that.
JEAN: No. I want to be healthy and enjoy.
SHEARIAM: Do not abdicate the responsibility for being child- like. You owe
that to your species, to your human companions, and to us.
JEAN: I think I'm beginning to understand, but it still doesn't seem (laughter).
BETTY: Sheariam, how universal is the advice that you're giving Jean?
SHEARIAM: Very.
BETTY: Oh my goodness. (laughter) Where is that fine line between being
selfish and being child-like? Could you expand on that please?
Childlike, being; Selfishness, childlike and
SHEARIAM: The fine line is usually one of age for one in your human condition.
BETTY: I'm coming up on my sixty-first birthday.
SHEARIAM: You are not there yet. (laughter) Give yourself fifteen more years.
MAXINE: Seventy-five is the time line to consider?
SHEARIAM: I spoke not to all, but to the questioner.
MAXINE: Then we each have our own time line?
SHEARIAM: Indeed.
MAXINE: I've been concerned about my time line. I feel that I need to
relinquish. I know you don't want to give up something that you should be doing. You
feel that you have that obligation to accomplish things and to be useful.
Child, seeks to learn
SHEARIAM: I did not suggest that one cease to accomplish or to strive. Every
child in every moment of its day seeks to learn, seeks to explore, seeks to discover. That
is never to be abandoned.
VIVIAN: I know that my line is not exactly real close, but it will come. But in
the mean time, this change I'm going to make -- is that wise according to my time line to
be doing.
SHEARIAM: Yes.
JEAN: Would you tell us more about what it is to be child-like.
Child-like, what is being
SHEARIAM: A child takes joy in the moment. If a child is hungry, it requires
food, and if not fed, other energy systems become imbalanced. As an adult child, your
hunger is for more than just physical food. You have a hunger of the spirit, a hunger of
the mind, a hunger of the heart. When you are with a loved one, enjoy that loved one to
the utmost, as a child enjoys its companion when playing a game. When you are
satisfying a hunger of the mind through the many avenues that you now have, do so with
all of your being. And when you pursue the gratification of the hunger of the spirit, do so
with all of your being. A child does nothing by halves or parts. It throws itself
unstintingly into all that it does, into all that it feels, into all that it thinks, and then tries to
incorporate more. Does that help?
JONI: Sheariam, this is Joni. I want to send my love and my blessings and my
thanks for all you've done for me over the years that I've been participating in this group.
I feel like I'm finally waking up, and it's truly very special. You'll always be with me,
and in fact you've been with me more, consciously, in the past six months or a year than
before. And I am very grateful.
SHEARIAM: As your hunger for spiritual guidance increases you permit us to be
closer to you.
JEAN: Next year I'll be 81, so that's a beginning of a new -
SHEARIAM: Congratulations.
JEAN: And so I will have another birthday party. Come join us.
SHEARIAM: You think I would not be there? (laughter)
JEAN: It would have to be about the 15th of June -- the nearest Sunday to the
12th.
SHEARIAM: Time means nothing to us. (laughter) Mark your calendar.
(laughter)
OWEN: Sheariam, is it appropriate for you to give us any more detail on the
nature of whatever is to happen that would cause us to leave our homes for a ten-day
period?
SHEARIAM: It is not appropriate today. That information will be given.
OWEN: You had mentioned several years ago that we needed to locate places of
refuge from what at that time appeared to be the risk of a huge tsunami or wave. Since
then there have been many big energy changes on the Earth. I was wondering if you
could give any further explanations of what these energy changes may entail for us now
in terms of possible or probable earth changes or whatever.
SHEARIAM: Major geological changes are due immediate. They are in fact in the
next reality. It has only to manifest in your physical reality. It is upon you.
OWEN: And that involves our region right here.
SHEARIAM: Indeed.
EDITH: First, would you like me to pull the shades so you won't be in the
sunshine. (SH: We are fine, thank you.) Also, would you offer some tips or help that we
might use to prepare ourselves for the time when we may need to give up our dear
Channel, and maybe a little farther away from direct link with you and such help, so that
we'll get more out of the next three sessions.
SHEARIAM: As any loving parent, we will not abandon you on the steps of the
orphanage.
MYRA: So even after the time when Gloria is gone and we don't have these
channeling sessions, we can be assured that you are with us. And all we need to do is
tune in?
SHEARIAM: Earlier today I told you that when two or more of you join,
especially with the purpose of study, we will be there guiding your thoughts, guiding
your conversation, that the teachings will emerge from your own mouths.
MYRA: We feel that on Friday nights at our study group -- we feel you there.
SHEARIAM: I am there... We are there.
OWEN: Sheariam, yesterday I was looking for something in a store and was
having difficulty finding it. I heard something fall on the floor behind me, turned around,
and there was what I was looking for. It apparently jumped off the shelf all by itself.
Teachers, physical evidence for
SHEARIAM: Isn't that magic. (great guffaws)
OWEN: How did that happen?
SHEARIAM: Kinetic energy. (asked for more explanation). You, Owen, are of a
makeup that needs physical evidence. You need that in your hand which you can
measure. We showed you that there are immeasurables which are real. More and more
of this kind of activity will infiltrate the lives of all of you as we attempt to assist you in
your growth and in your house cleaning.
MAXINE: You said in our growth and your house cleaning -- so when we grow,
then our house is cleaned. (SH: Yes.)
Growth, housecleaning and
JEAN: I felt like the last dinner party I gave was being engineered by someone.
I don't know why I baked two birthday cakes, and I had to celebrate two birthdays. (One
not anticipated.)
SHEARIAM: Does a child question such things? (laughter) You see, we try so
hard, and you still question. You still refute. You make our job somewhat difficult.
JEAN: Well, I'm getting better about it.
SHEARIAM: Yes you are.
MYRA: I want to tell you and tell the group that after I had the knee surgery in
November, I felt for about 4 weeks following that I was being billowed up like on a
fountain by the love and the joy and the power of this group. It was ecstatic, and I felt a
radiance that people told me -- one person said "You're glowing like a Christmas tree,
Myra." And I know that this power came through this wonderful source. And I want to
say thank you.
SHEARIAM: Your expression of GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION builds a
greater bank for future use, not only by yourself but by others. As you give your
gratitude; as you express appreciation, it is like putting money in the bank, like giving
blood to your blood bank. You are storing up blessings for yourselves to benefit from at
another time. (Myra expresses special appreciation for this gift.)

BILL: Why am I having this problem with my back at this time? I don't need it
in my space. I have many things to do.
SHEARIAM: You are trying to do the wrong thing. And you know that. Your
Source Group has advised. Your Source Group has tried to withhold you, and you insist.
And so your body has been made into a prison for you. You can release that prison when
you give up, when you relinquish this group of ideas that you wish to pursue so strongly
when there are other things far more important to your entity growth.

BETTY: Sheariam, how can we distinguish when we are making our own prison
like this?
Prisons, signs of
SHEARIAM:When your body ceases to function... When you stub your toe, pay
attention. Know that if you do not pay attention, you will sprain your ankle. If you still
do not pay attention, you will break your leg. What does your body have to suffer for
your mind and your heart to get the message?
BETTY: How do you get the message? It seems like I keep getting hammered.
So if you ever feel like you get hammered and you don't know what the message is?
That's what I'm asking -- how do you know when you're on the right track and when
you're not?
SHEARIAM: Go back to the analogy of child. How does a child on its own learn
the limits of safety? It learns that a knife is sharp by cutting itself. When the finger
hurts, it is not again going to be slid against that sharp edge. When you have a headache,
when your ear aches, when your stomach is tied in knots, when you have muscle spasms,
when you have chest pains, when you have sinus congestion -- these are all signals from
your body that you are headed in the wrong direction. You have set yourself tasks that are
better left undone. No matter that some adjudicated will demands it. Will the world fall
apart if you take a mental health day off? Will the world fall apart if you do not ski?
Will the world fall apart if you do not take control of your grand childrens' instruction?
Will the world fall apart if you give yourself some T.L.C.? How can you expect to
function at 100% efficiency of love if you do not love yourself first?
Loving yourself, importance of; Lower back pain; Problems, lower back pain and
JONI: What you're saying is ringing a very strong bell to me, and I wonder if
you can offer to me a direction for the low back pain I've had for the past year.
SHEARIAM: Quit carrying so many other peoples' problems.
MAXINE: I assume that we are only supposed to carry our own problems.
SHEARIAM: Isn't that job enough? (general agreement)
JEAN: Will you speak of fear and shame -- fear I think is what holds me back.
Fear; Shame; Emotional Body, fear and; Destiny path, opportunity and; Shame,
purge self of feeling Imperfection, shame and; God, child of; Child of God
SHEARIAM: FEAR is a programmed emotional response. Some fear has been
brought with you into this incarnation in your EMOTIONAL BODY. In every case the
DESTINY PATH offers opportunity to overcome and get rid of that fear. SHAME is a
programmed taught response from this incarnation. If you would purge yourselves of
that feeling of shame, examine its roots. Do you really have anything to be ashamed of?
Are you not a child of God? Are you not 100% perfect? Because you choose to call
yourself an imperfection does not mean that you are imperfect. Because you wear a red
shirt does not mean that you are red. You are pure light... If you fear something, find
some minute activity which challenges the fear, but which you have the strength and
courage to challenge back and overcome. When you have overcome the first grain, then
you challenge yourself with the next mole hill. And then the next mountain. Don't try to
do it all at once. You have given yourself a life from the cradle to the grave... But use all
of yourself.
Yourself, use all of; Fear, challenge it; Fear, overcoming
JNANA: Is there any particular message that I should be receiving about the
pains I've been having in my left foot?
SHEARIAM: You are attempting to supervene a worldly circumstance with right
brain activity. If you are going to be in the world, then for that time you must be of that
world. Do you understand? There are degrees. You cannot be in an Earthly challenge
100% and live 100% in an unworldly, unearthly reality. You can combine, but when
dealing with an Earthly reality, you must deal with that reality in a greater quantity of its
own reality than apply a greater quantity of the other reality. Let us use an analogy of a
cup. When the cup is three quarters full of water, it is presumably only one quarter full of
air. You cannot treat that cup as though it were 100% full of air. So it is with Earthly
reality. You can only use a lesser apportionment of unearthly reality to deal with Earthly
reality. Do you understand?
World, being in the; Earthly reality, dealing with
JNANA: I understand the concept, but I'm not sure which Earthly reality you're
speaking of. (SH: Any.) Were you referring to a particular situation? (SH: No.)
Alright, thank you.
EDITH: Do you have any advice or explanation for my head problems?
SHEARIAM: There are a number of factors at work in your current discomfort.
One is nutritional, and one is avocational, and one is spiritual. As you pursue your
nutrition program, you must incorporate a greater quantity of moisturization of oils. In
your avocational effort you must be more relaxed; you must be more flowing; you must
allow more intuitive input to your activity. Do not allow yourself to be so confined by
preconception. Allow for some outcome other than that which you expect or demand.
This same factor is true in your spiritual life. While you believe that you are quite open-
minded, you still hold to some tenets that are inappropriate to your growth process.
Therefore that structure around those tenets does not give easily and causes pain which is
reflected in the cranial bones because they cannot give. As you strive to be heightened,
you must be more relaxed, not only in body but also in your heart, in your mind, and in
your spirit. You might for a while use a mantra: "I am relaxed. My body is relaxed."
Anything about you that has tension can be affirmed as being relaxed and will respond.
Try that for a while.
Head discomfort, Edie's; Relaxation, importance of; Tension, ridding oneself of
BETTY: Sheariam, will we have another opportunity to ask questions in the next
three times? (SH: Yes.) Is your energy such now that you need to go on to the
meditation?
SHEARIAM: It would be well if we bring this to a close.
BETTY: Can we express our overwhelming gratitude. (Many expressions of
appreciation.)
SHEARIAM: That uplifts us greatly... Now, if you will settle your bodies... Take a
deep breath… Center your head upon your shoulders. Envision an avenue through which
energy might travel in a straight line between your tail bone and the top of your head...
Open that conduit that the Temple Healers may pour healing energy through that conduit.
Allow yourselves a moment to be filled... Feel the flow as the energy enters your head,
moves down your spine to your tail bone... As your blood circulates through your body,
let it gather. Let each cell take a load of healing energy and carry it with it throughout
your circulation system, even as it takes the oxygen from the tissue of the lungs. Let
those cells deposit that energy in that area of your body which most needs its service...
If you feel yourself becoming tense, take a deep breath and relax... The more
you use, the more your Healer gives you... Let the healing flow, clear out to your finger
tips... clear out to the ends of your toes... And especially, let it circulate through the brain
tissue, through the sinuses, through the mouth, through the eyes... Let it make clear all the
sensory systems that you may more acutely enjoy the world in which you live...
Now, while your body is basking in the glow of this healing energy, the
Healers bring even more. Open now a conduit through your knees -- from your tail bone,
through your thighs, and out through your knees. Allow the excess, the extra amount
provided by the Healers to flow into the center of your Circle, thereby forming a healing
pool... We have a special request from Lydia who will have uterine cancer surgery on the
23rd of this month. Visualize now a human female form standing in the center of this
pool of healing energy... Visualize this figure gently washing itself in the waters of this
pool...
Now let Lydia seat herself so that the waters rise to her shoulders, and let her
relax in the center of the pool, and invite those about whom you have concern to take
advantage of the healing waters of this pool. (many names softly spoken)...
As your loved ones accept your invitation, the Healers continue to build the
pool, continue to fill you, and your body is healed...
Now visualize a very strong sun that begins the evaporation process and
takes the waters of this healing pool into a cloud in your sky. And those who have
partaken of the healing waters join in the effort of creating this cloud of healing water
that can sail through the sky... With the joy and power of your thought make the cloud
larger and larger and larger as the healers continue to provide the substance, until this
wondrous cloud is everywhere available in the atmosphere of your planet, and all who are
hungry, all who sorrow, all who have any kind of need can draw upon this reservoir of
healing energy. And remember also that between now and the time we again meet, you
too can draw upon that reservoir when ever you direct your consciousness to do so...
Now release your loved ones to return to themselves and their own ways...
And with a special healing thought for Lydia in her upcoming trial, we withdraw a little
way, but we leave with you our loving joy in your companionship as we travel together
our pathways of growth. Go in peace. And so it is done.

GLORIA: (In response to a question.) Oh, Lydia is a lady in Redding who has
just been diagnosed with uterine cancer and is having surgery on the 23rd. She called me
about a week or ten days ago, and she was very accusatory because I did a reading for her
and didn't see the cancer. That's not the point. The point is that when I see that brown in
the aura, I'm not going to run up and (tell the person "you've got cancer".) That was not
the thing to do. But I made that contact with her that she could call and ask for prayer.
I don't have any contact with her. But since I also read for a number of
people who did have cancer and I did not mention it, I can't really (recall which one she
was).
