1 Turning point to more personal instruction.
Action in Realm of Self resulting in humans.
We are products of Mental and Creative Bodies shared with all life
on planet and with Earth itself.
Separate only in Physical, Desire, Emotional, and Vital
Bodies.
Can assist another through the Mental and Creative Bodies.
Each individual organism prepares its own environment.
May temporarily exchange a little of subtle bodies --
vitality, emotion, desire, and a little physical.
2 Are not to decide what another may need.
Even thought of what another may need may block his
opportunity.
May build by thought an obstruction for another in the
Mental Body.
Can extend Vital Body around another -- this may fence him
in to your desires.
Organizations that helps others.
Perpetuate their existence by promoting their problems.
Salvation Army least harmful.
Highly organized charities are highly disorganized help.
The organizations exercise dominion.
Support groups often perpetuate loss, dwell on sorrow
instead of promoting joy.
Compassion most effectively expressed by bringing
joy, not sympathy.
3 Right to Life -- serve purpose in overall scheme of Law
of Dominance.
Bless it to help it to serve a higher purpose.
Blessing things that cause distress in an essential attitude.
Invoke Gabriel and "I will Divine Will".
Literature so blessed will then serve Divine Will.
Influence through Mental and Creative Bodies.
We participate in what others create through Mental
and Creative Bodies.

4 Bless and release; affirm "my success is joy".
In Realm of Self, subject to external conditions but also have
freedom within.
Relation between these establishes results of our efforts.
Freedom may be restricted if we attempt to dominate external
determination by internal freedom.
Mental force can affect the apparent external determina-
tion.
A condition accepted at a given moment may then change.
By adapting, one calls in through channels of intuition,
powers to assist.
To test us, situation may seem externally determined.
Success comes from simplification.
