Review of COMPONENTS.
QUANTIFICATION occurs through formula NUMBER.
NUMBER comprised of PERCEIVING MIND, QUANTITY, VOLITION.
To quantify QUALITY, PERCEIVING MIND must take in more to
increase VOLITION.
Self conscious creatures better equipped to voluntarily
actualize more of their potential.
A plant actualizes out of INSTINCT.
Self conscious creatures exercise APPROPRIATION.
2 Failure to APPROPRIATE for a genuine NEED denies QUANTIFICATION.
Recognition of and appropriation for a WANT increases VOLITION.
THOUGHT requires increase in ratio of VOLITION over CONSCIOUSNESS
and results in upward movement in KARMIC SPIRAL.
Little in ASTRAL to increase VOLITION.
To correctly APPROPRIATE, must make connection between VITAL BODY
and MENTAL BODY.
Working out LAW OF DOMINANCE requires individualized bundles of
matter, energy, experience, and instinct.
Each granted a QUANTUM OF ENERGY.
Despite connection to MENTAL BODY, cannot do or have everything
all of the time.
Must prioritize how QUANTUM will be used.
Maintenance of vehicle high on list.
Other goals may require sacrificing some of health.
Cannot focus all toward one goal under LAW OF DOMINANCE.
Use VOLITION to direct QUANTUM to most important matters.
Must direct some to APPROPRIATING food, clothing, shelter, etc.
Increasing capacity to APPROPRIATE increases VOLITION.
Helps move toward TRUE THOUGHT, CREATIVE THOUGHT.
At that level, can manifest anything you WANT.
3 Must first distinguish between NEED and WANT.
Know why you WANT.
ACTUALIZATION OF POTENTIAL helps kingdoms of lesser VOLITION TO
actualize their potential.
Encouragement of bloom enhances blooming elsewhere.
Destruction of brightness results in lesser brightness elsewhere.
THOUGHTS important based on WILL and PURPOSE.
Our MENTAL PROCESSES based on INSTINCTS are not thoughts.
Divine Will doesn't exempt one from personal responsibility.
PERCEIVING MIND must become keen.
Enjoyment of VOLUPTUOUSNESS increases potential for someone else.
We have been given means for exploring our powers, and we QUANTIFY
the QUALITY OF HUMANNESS as we explore them.
4 Unlikely to use the granted QUANTUM in one lifetime. Use priorities.
Incapacitated persons may use greater portion in mental
activities.
Medical profession needed where physical maintenance priority
low.
Memory never lost -- brain cells may lose ability to channel memory.
All things possible, but not to an individual simultaneously.
Portion of QUANTUM used for one activity not available for
others.
VOLITION also limiting
5 Healing requires APPROPRIATING wholeness all the time.

CONSCIOUSNESS.
Will not be ill when can have consciousness of wholeness and wellness
all the time.
Mental, spiritual, and physical not separate.
Metaphysical teachings indicate any condition can be healed, but this
involves denying other accomplishments.
Our unlimited portions shared by all -- in MENTAL and CREATIVE
BODIES.
Access to MIND increases as VOLITION and QUANTIFICATION OF
QUALITY
increase.
6 As specialization advances, VOLITION increases in ratio to
CONSCIOUSNESS.
Much yet to discover, and knowns to understand.
Other sources of energy not involving combustion.
Transportation of body without external vehicle.
But already have knowledge we can't use or we misuse.
Each QUALITY must have available more than it can handle for growth.
Must have opposing forces -- CONSTRUCTION and DESTRUCTION.
Problems challenge the CREATIVE MIND.
Hole in ozone layer due to air pollution and mental pollution.
Part of operation of the TWO FORCES.
FORMULA SOUND comprised of CREATIVE MIND, QUALITY, CONSCIOUSNESS.
FORMULA NUMBER works with FORMULA SOUND in this QUANTIFICATION OF
QUALITY. Both depend on FORMULA FUNCTION.
