1 BEINGS OF LIGHT at transition of guidance echelon between realms.
Everyone in physical belongs to group headed by a Being of Light
to whom we are accountable at TRANSITION.
Referred to as JUDGEMENT DAY.
Each individual must take accounting of accomplishments in
each
life span.
May occur at other than DEATH -- result of physical
trauma,
emotional trauma, or during spiritual ecstasy.
Sufficient detachment from physical body necessary to see
"BEINGS".
2 Negative thoughts put holes in our "WHITE LIGHT".
Spirit Physical people have capacity to lock out unwanted
communication
Not all communicators what they seem to be.
DEATH not agony -- birth is. Agony lies in fear of it.
At death, born to another reality.

4 Name means "grace" or "graciousness" -- that state of
accumulated knowledge which spiritualizes the EGO and enlarges
the
SOUL.
Comes to teach ART OF GRACIOUS LIVING in the OBSTRUCTED UNIVERSE.
SOUL gives birth to an EGO which produces the individual so that EGO
can experience physical reality.
Constantly faced with question, "To be, or not to be".
We have FREE WILL -- usually not a conscious choice.
First need of newborn is to make your PLACE -- continues until
"death".
Come into physical realm to experience OBSTRUCTION, resistances.
Some lesser obstacles experienced in Spirit Physical.
Amount of GRACIOUSNESS depends on how we face our obstacles.
Place not always easily made for new infant.
5 RESISTANCES teach what your LIMITATIONS may be.
Greater resources within discovered as obstacles overcome.
Develop more to SHARE.
Can still maintain own SPACE if on spiritual path.
Can empathize and give comfort, but not SYMPATHY.
Sympathy increases negativity, often detrimental.
Goal is to achieve perfect equilibrium -- actually unattainable, but
we must try.
Must learn limits of your responsibility.
Cannot prepare SPACE for someone else.
PARENTS make this mistake -- children need resistances to
overcome
in order to learn.
Every PROMISE must be kept; VOWS must not be broken. Promises will
be
kept at some time in some reality.
Payments will be made somehow for things taken from you.
6 Harmful to hold thoughts about another's broken promise. Release
and know it will be kept at some time.
Cannot take what does not belong to you -- not limited to physical.
Includes ideas, thoughts, love, fears, etc.
Be yourself, and do not fear to make a mistake. Assume others do
their
best -- don't poke fingers into another's place.
LAW OF RETRIBUTION is strict and everlasting.
Each individual responsible for himself, determines his own
QUALITY
and QUANTITY of beingness.
May offer ADVICE, but exceeding your limit and setting up
problems
for self if you attempt to enforce it.
Each person accounts only for his own life.
To attain SPIRITUALIZATION, share the best you have, live in
graciousness.
Do not give negative thoughts to neighbor -- love with positive.
New member of family raises level of consciousness of family unit.
Includes spiritual family.
7 Focus on self and develop tolerance of those who appear imperfect.
LOVE that leads to GRACIOUS LIFE is given with no strings, no
expectations of return or reward. This is difficult.
Love is its own reward -- spiritualizes the EGO, enlarges the
SOUL.
MEDITATION (by Silverthistle) -- (changing tension to love)
Draw tension to grown of head, wrap in tight ball.
Bless the ball and let it spread.
It becomes energy of love. Illuminates the room.
Focus on heart area.
