Gloria’s Circle

Present: Bonnie Wisz, LaMar and Retamae Bell, Myra Perala, Ida Perala, Larry
and Eileen Horton, Jean Chisholm, Peggy Muldoon, Richard and Mary
White, Owen and Maxine Cramer

Sheariam: Good evening student and friends. It is such a pleasure to be with you
once more. Your voices raised in song are greatly appreciated. It does call to those
who are recalcitrant in their duties. The melody matters not, nor do the words. It is
your voices that make the difference. As you raise your voices, your mind and your
heart come together in one accord. Thus, the message goes forth and is heard in our
realm. We do, of course, appreciate the regularity of your meetings. We have the
privilege of then tuning in with our channel’s thoughts. It enables us also to plan to
be with you. But there are those who have duties which have not been explained to
you who must be with us for such communication to occur. When you think, or
when you place yourselves in tune with each other, then those who have not met the
appointment hear the call and come.
And now we must have many things to share this night, have we not? Have
you been going to your wells? Then let us discuss some wells. Who would like to
begin?

Mary: I apologize for not being here, but we’ve been away enjoying ourselves
and thinking of you. On our trips, we always take the material and read it. I read to Dick
as we drive along. So, we enjoy it that way and learn a lot.
My well: I found myself on the path that led to a well. At first it looked rather
conventional, an ordinary well, but it wasn’t. It was brown and was set with beautiful
polished stones. Each one had been polished with care and placed in some kind of grout
or something around the well, all very perfect and all very lovely. The bucket was brown
but was reinforced with little pieces of wood that made it rather special.
I noticed the people around the well. There was a man and a lady. The man was
rather nondescript, but the lady was dressed in a lovely green dress like in the time of the
20’s. A little bit to the left and away from them was a being. It looked like – how can I
describe it – shiny. You couldn’t see the person; you could only see the little lights
glowing and know that it was a person.
I put the bucket down into the well and brought up the water. It was so blue. It
was like the bluing had been put into it like my mother used to use when she would do
her washing. It was just so blue. I didn’t really want to drink it. It seemed almost too blue.
So, I walked away from the well. As I walked, I looked back, and again I saw a
shimmering iridescent being, and noticed that the lady and the man were still there. And
that was my trip to the well.

Sheariam: A lovely, lovely experience for you. The polished stones set in your
well are descriptive of previous lifetimes, parallel lifetimes, those which you have
already completed. Thus, they are polished and set in place to form the mosaic of
your overall life. The two people which you were able to see clearly are members of
your companion band. Of course, the being of light is one of your spiritual guides.
When you are ready that being will make itself known to you, and indeed, may even
be the one to give you your entity name.
That was a beautiful experience. The well water being so blue represents the
intellectual opening, the breakthroughs which you are currently experiencing which
are almost too intense for you to accommodate. They may even become more
intense. But do not be afraid of them. These are only evidences of what is known as
the third eye opening for you. Do you understand? (Mary: Yes, I believe I do.)
Keep working with your well. Go as often as it is comfortable for you to do
so. Wait beside the well peacefully. If your guide is ready to appear to you, it will be
done at that time. I hesitate to say more as I would not wish to lead you. You must
have your own experience. But you are doing very well. Blessings to you. (Thank
you.)

Ida: It took me a long time to get a well, but I finally did get some sort of a well. I was
walking on the thick grass. It must have been late fall or early spring. The grass was
straw or about gold color, no greenery, like an open prairie with low rolling hills. All at
once I saw a pile of boards in the grass. They were very old and weather-beaten. So I
knelt down to look at them. Then I began to move them. Looking down I found a well.
It was dark there, but I noticed a sparkle so I knew there was water down there. I
looked for a while, and then began to put the boards back as they were. I noticed that one
board had a large knothole. Then all at once the picture vanished. That was all.

Sheariam: Your well typifies some of the structures of thought that are
overlaying your life, even though you are aware of the depths in which rests the
water of life. Instead of putting the boards back, you should have attempted to reach
the water in some way to see if it was drinkable. Until you can find a well which has
drinkable water in it, you are still struggling out of overlaying belief system and
thought patterns. You have made a good start. Do keep working at it.

Maxine: I was on my way to a well. Over around a rise and on the other side was a
lovely field with pink, yellow and blue flowers. Nearby a spring flowed into a pool. I
cupped my hands and took up water for a drink. My hand was filled with pearls, and the
water was spilling between my fingers. I put my lips to the water. I turned and walked
back to the field. I looked back and could see several small birds, one blue. The birds
were twittering.

Sheariam: The pearls are, of course, representative of bits of wisdom. This
meditation demonstrates that you are aware of certain experiences which have been
blessings in your spiritual growth. The birds are the thoughts of those who surround
you. You must keep working to see the people, themselves, to become acquainted
with them. As you become acquainted with them, you then will receive many
blessings as they can communicate with you more directly. You are doing well. Do
keep working on your project.

Richard: I found myself on a beautiful, warm summer day in an abandoned yard
with tall green grass. The well was made of stones which had been fitted together, flag
stones, flat beautiful stones. There was some moss growing on these stones. There was a
wood roof covering above the well, and the bucket simply hung on a nail. There was a
rope. The bucket was wood, and there was a considerable amount of green moss growing
on it.
I wondered if the moss would contaminate the water, but I decided that the nice
green moss wouldn’t cause a problem. So, I dropped the bucket down into the water, and
brought it up. The water was beautiful and clear and cool. I drank deeply of it and was
very much refreshed. I walked away from the well and looked back. The scene was
peaceful.

Sheariam: Your meditation is indicative of much that is happening with you at
this time in your life. The well-fitted stones again demonstrate how past lives have
fitted together well. This is not always true for everyone. There are some lives that
are so dissonant in the progress that if they were to be pictured as a part of a well, it
would be as though there were chinks between the rocks.
The moss, however, demonstrates that you are not using your past
experience to its greatest benefit. There is much wisdom within your consciousness
that you could call forth to use to assist you now in this mighty effort that you are
currently making. Keep working with your well. Keep looking for the people who
are there unseen, until you can see them, until they can communicate with you. You
are doing quite well. (Thank you.)

Larry: I’d like to share. It’s very easy for me to go into a given area while I’m let,
like the night the assignment was given. What happened there that night, happened
several times after, and this is the way it went.
I asked myself, “Why did I have to go to the same wells that I’m familiar with.
Give me one that I’ve never seen before.” And all of a sudden, I was in an area that felt
like it was a room, because it was so soft and quiet. I kept trying to understand why it felt
so different than I have ever felt before, except maybe feathers from a duck or the inner
feather of chickens. Everything felt so soft, but yet the appearance was small nap hair like
human hair would be. Some seemed to be very straight with very little curves.
I was in an area or room with a well that I’d never seen before. It must have been
eight or ten feet across. I could see down part of the way. The moss was so soft, I wanted
to touch it, yet I wanted to stay away. I realized it was in an area I’d never been in before.
I was experiencing something that never happened before.
I asked the question, “Why is it when I look in a well I’m so frightened?” I looked
maybe three-fourths of the way down, and it became dark at the bottom. I felt like there
was some type of moisture which was not solid water at the bottom. The well was quite
deep. The atmosphere was very light. I felt like I was lying down, or rolling, or just
floating. I never had this feeling before where I felt like I had no weight, but yet I was
able to maneuver.
I asked, ‘Is this a place I’ve been before?” The answer was, “No, I’ve never been
here before.” But yet I can parallel with other happenings in a very early stage of life.
Because the question that came up so many times, “Why have I been so afraid to look
into a well with this feeling of what I see down there? What is it that has bothered me all
these years?” How it was said to me, or how I felt it, or the telepathy, the answer came to
me pure and simple. Religion was the key to the first thought of fright that has brought
you so many years to where it’s deep. It’s deep-seated.
About this time, I began to pick up an odor like a human B.O. It was an odor that
was easy to smell, and I was pleased that it was that type rather than some real skunk
odor. I felt like there was another person, like somebody else was with me, whom I was
communicating with. I was asking the questions in my thoughts, and I went through it
several times. It came through the same way. The hangup I have had all these years came
from religion.
Now this area I was in seemed to just wrap me up in a blanket and I faded out.

Sheariam: There is a typical example of the kind of understanding that can be
derived from this experience. I do not believe any comment from me would add
anything to this experience, except that I would say as in another incident related in
this group that this experience is a reality. It is an actual fact, an experience in a
reality other than the material world in which your usual consciousness is spoken.
Do you understand?
Keep working with the well concept until you meet the beings who are
guiding you through this time, the beings behind the voice that you heard. In the
reality in which that event actually took place, communication is by telepathy, but
communication must move from intellect to intellect. In all realities there are bodies,
so that even this material reality in which your consciousness is focused there will be
a manifestation which you can see, comprehend, understand, and communicate
with. Do you understand? (affirmative)

Bonnie: I was sitting on the edge of the well. My Source group, to get my attention
because I was sitting with my head down, sang to me. I started from the left and I talked
to some of them. I went to my main source, a lady. She is always on my right. She told
me what my name was. I got three names kind of all at the same time. I got Kathryn,
Kataryna, and Sister Mary Kathryn. – the impression of all three of them at the same
time. I gave each person in my source group a drink of water from the well. I gave each
of them a particular stone I had selected for each of them. And that was that trip to the
well.

Sheariam: Beautifully done. This brings forth a point that has not yet been made.
Inasmuch as some of you are at last making direct contact with members of your
Source Group, it is most appreciated by the members of the group to be
acknowledged, to have appreciation shown. We are people in all realms, and we
respond to appreciation even as you do in your realm. The gift of a gem was most
precious indeed. Were you given the meaning of your name? (No I was not.)
Then let me say to you that the name of Kathryn, whether it is given in any
other language or not, has still the meaning of “the little one” or “the small one who
moves with organized intent.” In other words, small does not mean powerless. Do
you understand? (Bonnie: I think so. I’ll have to think about that one.) Very well, you
are doing most excellent work.

Bonnie: There was another one that I had the other day that I was so fascinated
with. Can I possibly ask you about it? (Sheariam: If it is short.) I will make it short.
I went to the well, and I dipped my hair into the well. As I was coming up, my
hair was very long. It was a different color, a sandy color. My Source Group wrapped it
like an elongated turban, and they just wrapped it, and wrapped it, and wrapped it, and
they pampered me. There is more to it, but I was most interested in the fact that my hair
had changed.

Sheariam: Your hair did not change, for in that reality, that was true. That was a
“tune in” to another reality in which you do now exist.

Bonnie: I had that feeling a few days ago, of standing and feeling like I was a lot of
different people. This is a body here, but somehow shimmering with different faces. I
was wondering what that was. Were those past lives or lives that are going on right now?
(Sheariam: Some of each.) Thank you.

Sheariam: As time grows short, we must get on with the lessons, but all of you do
keep working with your wells. Are there any imperative questions before we
proceed?

Eileen: Could I very quickly ask a question? I’m having a lot of trouble with this
well concept. And I’m wondering if it’s because I’ve never really been around a well or
what. But I keep trying, and I can’t seem to get this visualization.

Sheariam: We would prefer that you continue working with the well, for the well
is a longtime honored and revered symbol of life. If you do not have success, we can
eventually steer you in another direction. But we would like you to continue with the
well yet awhile.
Very well. Then let us get on with our study material. How did you fare in
understanding the sounds which were described and discussed? Do you understand
the concepts we are trying to convey?

Myra: That each sound has a meaning. Is that what you mean? I found that to be
so helpful in practicing saying the words “Khamael” and “Gabriel”. I find that I do it
almost unconsciously throughout the day. When problems come up, I just say it and
surprise myself. It really helps me. I’ve had quite a difficult problem I’ve been dealing
with the last few weeks. My feeling of confidence in what I’ve been doing has become
very strong, and it surprises me. But I think it’s because of my using those two words.
(Sheariam: Very good!)

LaMar: It will be easier for me to understand that last one now that we have the
transcripts so that we can read them and study them more. (Sheariam: Yes, I am sure
that is true.)

Owen: Does this idea of sound of the names apply equally to the sounding of our
own common names?

Sheariam: Yes. As we proceed with the lessons, we ultimately become acquainted
with most of the sounds which you make with your mouth. There are some sounds
that are used less often than others. But as we proceed with these studies, you are
going to become more and more conscious of words as they come out of your
mouths. For that is the power of you. As you speak your word, you are creating
yourselves, your environment, and, of course, interacting with others who are
speaking their words.
We will not go through the entire alphabet at this time, but I am going to
widen your scope somewhat. I would like to take a moment or two to discuss two
words which are commonly used in meditation. One is spelled when it’s written A-
U-M. The other, when it’s written is spelled O-M. These are said to be the sound of
God. Your voice is the sound of God. All sound is of God.
The universe in which you dwell is built upon the sound of God’s voice.
There is a Divine Roar which is simulated when you use the sounds “ah-oo-mm”.
Now going back to what was previously given, what does the sound “ah” mean?
(Myra: The Inner Fire becomes the power of Mastery.) That is not correct. It is the
Divine Fire inwardly. It becomes Inner Force.
As given before, what does the “mm” sound mean: (Answer: Synthesis.) That
is correct. What happens when one synthesizes? (One puts it all together.) That is
true. You have not been given the meaning of the “oo” sound, and it is not easy to
explain. It is representative of the emitting of the Divine Cell at the Omega Point. It
is like a primordial ooze. It is like the rain that falls from the cloud, because the
cloud has become too full. It is the sound that reflects the idea that God, or The
Absolute, could not help but express Itself.
Thus, when you combine these sounds, you are in effect saying that “The
Inner Fire, which is a reflection of the Divine Fire, unites with the Godsound, the
Roar of Creation.” In the “mm” sound these are synthesized. So, you are becoming
one with God in a more intense relationship in your comprehension. You are
already in that intense relationship. You cannot get outside of it. But in making the
sound, you impress upon your consciousness the intense relationship, the iminence
of God. This is a very serious matter we discuss. These are not sounds to be used
lightly. But they are sounds to be used joyously.
The A-U-M is a paean (song of praise) of creation. It is the signal that one
knows one’s nearness to God. It is the joyful expression of one’s own divinity, the
expression of consciousness of that divinity. Those sounds issuing from your throat
unite you in consciousness as closely with the Divine Roar as you have the capacity
to do so.
Now are you ready to go on with the O-M? You have not been given the
meaning of the sound “o”. The “o” sound is the sound of flowing into, flowing forth,
so that “om” by itself is in some way defeating. You just have something with which
to unite, something with which to synthesize.

Comment: Then a lot of people are using this in vain.
Myra: The sound of flowing forth without something to blend with. Don’t say
OM, say AUM. (Sheariam: Yes.) Bonnie: Ok, then how would we use “OM”

Sheariam: As a means of getting from one place to another in consciousness. You
would then join other sounds with the OM as we do with AUM. You could then say
“Ahhh-om”, but even with that you are not making a connection. You are putting
yourself into the synthesis and flowing towards something. So, you would want then
to end the syllable with another “AH” or “A”. So, it would be better to say “Ah-Om-
A”. Then the Inner Fire flows forth in a synthesis of mastery. So, you see, it is
important for you to decide to what intent you are applying the sounds that come
out of your mouth. (Myra: The “A” is like in “Khamael”, the Inner Fire becomes
Power of Mastery?)
Yes. This becomes very important when you begin to work with the other
seven laws of creation. When the time is right, I will teach you how to use this. In the
meantime, I suggest that you restrict yourselves to the use of “A-U-M”. Thus, you
unite your own inner fire with the Divine Rain.
Now as a practice, let us say that three times together, “Ahoomm, Ahoomm,
Ahoom” (very slowly in unison). Now, do you feel the Divine inflow? Do you
understand the “oo” sound now? It is like the manna from heaven given to the
Israelites in the desert, but extends beyond that to a nuance. As the cloud cannot
refuse to give up its moisture content, neither can God withhold Itself from you.

Myra: It makes me think of the child who is very thrilled at something exciting
and he says “oooo”, an automatic expression.

Sheariam: You are going to recognize many such things, because language is
only an accumulation of sounds. Ultimately, man has developed written symbols to
represent these sounds. Now, some of the sounds are slightly changed throughout
the world in various languages and various dialects, but basically you are going to
find these same meanings attached to these same sounds.

Bonnie: When would be a good time to use this? Would it be to think of it during
the day, at meditation time, or what would you suggest?

Sheariam: Yes, do remember your thought does precede the sound, but when
you add the sound to follow the thought, you give the thought life, increased power.

LaMar: Should the AUM be given out loud? (Sheariam: As often as you can.
When you are frightened, when you are insecure, when you are in doubt, even
before you call upon Khamael and Gabriel. If you give these sounds, you place
yourself in the flow. It makes it easier for help to arrive. (Myra: Does the tone or
pitch have any effect on it?)

Sheariam: It does make a difference, but that is a whole lesson to itself. Sing it as
though you were making a joyful sound. It is difficult in communications such as
this for me to give you an accurate demonstration. To be effective, it should be fun.
Now we will go on with other sounds as we examine the other laws and the
archangels. Ultimately you will have all of the sounds as an alphabet to use. You will
probably have a great deal of enjoyment from examining the words that you use in
daily life from the viewpoint of the meaning of the sounds which make up the words.

Owen: Does this imply that different languages, because of the predominance of
certain types of sounds that are characteristic of those languages, have greater spiritual
effect than others?

Sheariam: Yes, you will find certain languages that are power oriented, other
languages which are receptively oriented. There are some that are very emotional.
You will find some languages that have a predominance of soft sounds; other
languages with a predominance of guttural sounds; other languages with a
predominance of hissing sounds. (Myra: The Hawaiian language has lots of vowels.
Soft sounds that have to do with Inner Fire, with flowing, with expressing of
bringing the inner to the outer. I think we shall make that the lesson for this night
and get on with the healing. We have a special program we are beginning with you
tonight.
As was mentioned a number of meetings ago, when I first came to teach you,
you were advised that the health of your bodies was in no way in any condition to
deal with all that we had to give you. Thus, we set you on a path of self-healing.
Some of you have made some progress. Now we are going to begin to intensify that
action, for it is important that each of you have strong physical vehicles in order to
deal with the energy of which you are to learn.
So tonight, we begin with the feet. Are they flexible? Can you wiggle your
toes freely? Do you have a good strong arch? Do you have calluses on your feet? Do
you have cramps in the muscles or in the tendons? Are your feet misshapen? Do you
have bone spurs? For the rest of your body to have a foundation, it is important for
the feet to be in good condition. Thus, we will first tonight have a foot treatment.
Focus your attention in the tip of your right big toe. Let your consciousness
go to that point of your body. You will feel your toe becoming warm, for indeed, you
are increasing the blood flow. That tells your toe that you love it. Have you told your
feet that you love them lately? More likely, you have given them some negative
thoughts for not serving you as you would have them serve you. If they are to be
strong and healthy and perfect, they must be loved. You must give them some
attention.
Now let your attention focus in the toe next to the big toe on your right foot.
Feel how different that toe feels from the others now. Continue moving your
consciousness from toe to toe until you reach your little toe. Then move your
consciousness to your left foot, and do the same thing. When you have finished,
wiggle all your toes.
Now, focus your attention on the ball of your foot and begin to let the energy
whirl like a vortex. Split your consciousness so that both feet are treated at the same
time. When you are doing this at home, it would be well to take one foot at a time.
Now when you get these vortices to whirling well in the ball of your foot, let that
extend outward so that you feel that warming energy clear out to the edge of your
foot.
Let that energy continue to whirl, backwards towards the heel so that both
feet feel full of whirling energy. Keep your consciousness focused only in your feet.
Now let the energy return to your toes, and come to rest. Let the normal biological
functions of blood circulation, of lymph circulation continue. Each time you do this
exercise, you will find bone spurs reduced. You will find greater flexibility in your
feet. Give your feet some pampering. Treat them with the respect they deserve.
Now, for a moment or two, imagine that someone in your own spirit source
band is massaging your feet. Feel the spirit fingers. The non-material fingers can
reach right through the shoe leather, can reach right into the interior of the foot,
can adjust bones, can massage out muscle knots, can release tensions, can straighten
disorders. Enjoy the ministry.
Now your feet are more than just a foundation for you. They are terminal
points. There are connections in your feet with all other parts of your body. There
are direct connections in your feet with the chakra centers in the torso and the head.
If you would have the chakra centers as open and active as they should be, it is
imperative that the feet be in healthy condition.
Give your feet this treatment as often as you can. For instance, when you go
to bed at night, or for a moment or two during your meditation. Any time you sit
back and relax, you can give your feet a treatment. As your feet become healed, so
you will find other parts of your body responding. Now express within yourself your
appreciation for the ministry, and we will move into our healing meditation for
others.
In order to generate healing energy quickly, place your palms together and
rub them briskly. Visualize blue and green light, and toss it into the center of the
circle. Breathe deeply, visualize strongly, and the lovely blue and green light forms
in the center, evanescent, glowing, healing. As you put your loving thoughts into the
center, there is a rosy glow here and there so that the color is very iridescent. It
forms itself into a beautiful fountain, and you see it flowing up and returning. Call
your loved ones, any for whom you have concern. Let them bathe in the beautiful
waters of the colored fountain. (Many names softly spoken.)
Now let the iridescent light grow higher. Let the fountain spring higher and
higher, showering all of us, all of you here in the circle, all of us here in spirit. All of
us are bathed in the beautiful healing light. As we feel the blessed drops of light fall
upon us, we are uplifted. We are glorified. Our hearts expand and rejoice, and we
want to share this with all throughout the world, and throughout all the realms of
this world.
So the fountain springs ever higher, wider, until it totally envelopes the globe
and permeates all the realms. All who would, can take of the healing waters. We
include those who are in between realms, who are passing from one state of
consciousness to another. Let us rejoice together, that we have the awareness to
participate in such a blessed act, that we are aware to partake of this healing, that
we can share.
Many of the people of the temple are here with us tonight. Feel their
presence. Now bless your loved ones and let them return to themselves. Take your
own blessing and healing from the light. Release the light to bless the rest of the
world and all the realms. Remember to bring your palms together to lock the
healing within yourselves. Know that you are blessed. I bid you good night, and look
forward to being with you again. Go with God.
