Session #26 – November 5, 1983
Gloria’s Circle

Present: Ida Nevala, Bonnie Wisz, LaMar and Reta Bell, Myra Perala, Larry and
Eileen Horton, Jean Chisholm, Owen and Maxine Cramer

Sheariam: Good evening students and friends. It has seemed quite some time
since we met last. We have much work to do tonight. We have some meditations, I
hope, on the well. We also have to discuss those situations which you have accepted
by consent in accordance with the lesson given some time ago. I would hear tonight
from someone who has not recently spoken with me about a well experience first, if
you please.

LaMar: I have one I would like to get some enlightenment on. I have had almost
exactly the same results each time I have gone to the well with one exception. The first
time I saw a well that was back home where my grandma and grandpa and uncle lived.
As I went into meditation I saw that well.
All of a sudden, there was a soldier in full uniform who I immediately recognized
to be my uncle when he was in the first world war. He was wearing the old khaki uniform
with the khaki hat with the straight brim, etc. He was a young person. I’ve seen many
pictures that looked exactly like this picture as he looked standing on the edge of that
well, sort of looking down as if he were waiting.
Suddenly I popped up through the water. I came up out of that well as if I had
been down there and just came popping up out of there and brushed the water away. He
reached down and took my hand and helped me up. Then there was a group of probably
half a dozen people, it seems, maybe not that many, that came up on one side of the well.
They were in robes. They stood there, and it was a very joyous occasion that I had come
up out of that water.
Then each meditation that I’ve had since then has been almost an exact duplicate,
except that this uncle that was in the uniform was not there. But I always come up out of
the well, brush the water out of my eyes, wipe my hair back, and get up out of the well.
These people, and I don’t know just how many of them there are, will come up on the
same side, all wearing robes and standing there. It’s always very joyful. It’s a happy
occasion. That seems to be the extent of what I get.

Sheariam: You will recall that your earlier meditation included your carrying a
baby. You were told that you were then rebirthing yourself. Now in your
meditations the consciousness has been reversed. The joyousness is that you are
coming into the acknowledgment and understanding of that. As you move further
and further into that rebirth consciousness, you will become more intimately
acquainted with the members of the holy tribe that await you. Your teachers are
there, and there is much instruction for you to receive. As you open your
consciousness for it, it will come to you. You are doing very well. (LaMar: Thank
you.)

Jean: My well is coming into shape. I don’t know whether it’s my imagination
or some other means, but it’s when I meditate. At first when I told the wells before, there
were a number of them but then came the grass-covered well that was kind of in an open
place. There was just a mound of dirt and then the well inside.
Then that would change, and it slowly metamorphosed into the present form. Now
it’s a very well-shaped well made of rock that is native rock that has been shaped and
mortared together, a good piece of masonry.
Behind the well and above the well to the right was an evergreen forest, and
behind the well is a very comfortable bench, a very inviting place to sit. The beyond that
is an open meadow, a meadow-like area, very nice. Around the base of the well flowers
grow. Around the front of the well is a curved road. On the road side of the well, the well
has an automatic pump that pumps water to a fountain. The fountain overruns to give
water to birds and dogs at the base of the well. There’s a little basin there, and they can
get water. On the bench side is a galvanized bucket and a winch to pull it up. It
doesn’t go clear across. It just takes care of the bucket.
That’s the way the well was for a while. It was open, and then the last time I
meditated, it became covered with a plastic pulled down a little bit to protect it. There
was an opening so that the bucket could go through, but the rest was covered. It acts as a
safety factor as there is no other cover over the well. The area where the well is, once was
quite isolated, but now many people come to the well as shown by the road. The water is
clear and very wet. It isn’t a mineral water, but it has a certain quality about it that makes
you want to drink more. I saw no people at the well. But the well keeps coming, and it’s a
very definite form. I could make a picture of it.

Sheariam: Yes. This is much better than the first time. The first well which was
buried beneath the ground was indicative that your consciousness of the spiritual
waters of life were buried more or less within the material world. Now you have
brought your consciousness into a more spiritual orientation so that you are more
aware of other areas of existence, other realities.
In that there are waters afforded for what might be called the lower forms of
life, such as the animal and plant kingdoms, shows that you are now also including
this spiritual nurturing into the minor or somewhat lesser details of your daily life.
This effort on your part is moving along quite nicely.
We would point out that the imagery of the plastic cover indicates that from
time to time you allow past rational thoughts and training to cover up the true
spiritual meaning which we can abstract from these experiences. As you go through
your daily life and apply the principles which you learn here to the experiences of
daily encounters, the plastic cover should become removed. You see it now as a
protective device. Indeed, you use your past scientific training as a protective device
to not be carried too far afield and become involved in something bizarre. That is
perfectly correct for you to do. It is in accordance with your character.
However, as you continue to work with these principles, and you remove the
cover from the well, you do so because you understand that the waters of life cannot
become polluted except as you personally pollute them. As the people come to the
well, they will begin to sort themselves out, and you will find from among them
those who come to you as your helpers, as your guides and protectors, and your
teachers, and also those of the royal family or the heavenly tribe – those beings of
light which are peculiarly, particularly, interested in your spiritual development and
understanding. Of the higher principles. Do keep working with your well. You are
doing quite fine.

Eileen: Maybe I’d better speak up because I’ve been having so much trouble with
the well, but I finally got a little start. It’s just a start and a glimmer. The impression I
have is of sunlight, much sunlight. Everything was in that same tone. I also had the
impression that the well I saw was in some foreign land like Arabia, in some desert
climate and land. It was made of stones, but they were formed almost like a brick would
be formed. The well was only about eighteen inches high, but it was quite round, quite
wide across. It was also in this light color.
I wasn’t aware of scenery around, although it seemed like there was an
atmospheric scene, but I couldn’t make it out. There was a little child in front of the well,
crouched over, and seemed to be drawing something in the sand or in the dirt. This was
just a flash, but I can still see it, plain, but very quick. And that’s all there was.

Sheariam: But that much was excellent! You see you also have had very
structured training in the way in which you visualize things. You have been taught
to see things as they exist in the material world, and translate from a three-
dimensional perception to a two-dimensional perception. Thus it is difficult for you
to come from what might be called zero dimension or ultra dimension and bring it
into an imaginative phase and not carry it forward into the two-dimensional
representation through which you are used to expressing your ideas and feelings.
The child is evidence that there is youthful growing in your experience. You
might consider yourself as that spiritual child who is now playing at the well. As you
strive to bring forth these images from out of your imaginative faculties, do know
that they are formed of the stuff of the spiritual world, that whatever you fantasize
is going to be a subjective representation of the inner development which you are
experiencing. You are doing very well. Do continue.
Now I do hope that you all have with you in your minds and in your hearts
those conclusions at which you have arrived about those things consented to and
accepted in your life as a result of training or of suggestion or what you may have
accepted as peer pressure. Do we have one who would speak on that?

Owen: Well, one major thing that occurred to me might be something that we
have accepted. When we marry, we accept a lifetime partner, and this is something that
we certainly go into voluntarily.

Sheariam: But the belief system which motivates you to monogamous permanent
commitment, where do you believe that to have come?

Owen: The belief system, I suppose was developed down through the centuries
through the church and Christian teachings, but then again, this is something that is also
often a personal commitment without regard to what may be customary or dictated by
socially acceptable procedures.

Sheariam: All right, you are saying that in addition to tradition, there is also a
personal level of acceptance. This is what we are trying to get each of you to come to
terms with in your own life. It is not that everything you accept is inappropriate, for
that is not true. But what is necessary for you to understand is what you accept and
what you create.

LaMar: In my own personal example there, I went through this back about 1976
over in the Philippines in some classes in which they called our attention to all these
things. I have gone through the, for instance, authority figures we have in our lives
starting with the mother and the father and the doctor, teachers and all the rest along the
line that told us all these sundry things about how not to sit in the draft, or we’d catch
cold. We had to wear overshoes or we’d catch pneumonia, and all the rest of the things
that people allow themselves to be programmed.
So, I have already gone through this now for about five years trying to dig those
things out. I imagine probably somewhere, if someone is watching and listening to me,
that they would discover some of them that are still lingering. But, myself, I find it
difficult to find anything that I still have not dug out and thrown away. Like when the
doctors told me I had an incurable disease, and I had to accept it and so forth. I told them
I didn’t have to accept it, and there were no incurable diseases, there were only incurable
people, and all the rest of what I’ve gone through in the last several years, roughly.

Sheariam: There are, however, still things in your life, practices, beliefs,
activities, that you entertain because they were given to you by someone else.
(LaMar: I’m sure that’s true.) Thus we shall continue with this exercise for a while. It
is important that you come to terms with many of these things, if you are to use the
laws of creation appropriately.
If you are given the tools of creation, and you create something which is
overlaid with these accepted policies which are inappropriate, then you have created
something which is not totally desirable. Inasmuch as thought is independent of you,
once a thought is thought, it goes on recreating out of itself. Thus, it is important
that you think your thoughts in consciousness.
We do not intend to frighten you, to tell you to stop thinking simply because
at this time you still entertain many thoughts of error. As you grow, as you
understand, as you study these lessons and practice those exercises given you, you
become more and more aware of what you think and how you say things. And this is
our purpose at this time, because we do intend to move forward now into the actual
creative powers.

Maxine: I have something that I’m sure that I’ve accepted. I was chosen as a wife
because I could chop wood and carry water. I have thought about that, and I have
accepted that this I s all that is required of me. And I will do a good job of chopping
wood and carrying water. And that’s it. (Sheariam: Is this appropriate?) It is
appropriate if that’s the reason I was chosen. (You had no hand in choosing?) I’ll have
to think about that. Yes, I’m sure I did have, but I’ll still have to think further on the
subject. (Very well.)

Jean: I’ve accepted that aging and loss of energy and hearing are somewhat to
be expected even though you don’t want them. But there are some things that just
naturally come as your years increase. And I’ve also accepted that my ideas often do not
agree with many people around me, and this kind of sets me apart sometimes. (Sheriam:
And you consent to these conditions?) I’m objecting to the first one very much. I think
that I have more to say about and there are more things I can do like exercise. And I think
that even my hearing perhaps can be improved. I’m really objecting and not accepting
that. The second one, I think I am accepting my ideas often don’t agree with people, and I
think that maybe they’re wrong. (Very good! Excellent!)

Eileen: I hate to bring up what I’ve accepted. I think it’s subconscious acceptance,
however. When I was a skinny little peanut, my family used to say, “Well, I don’t know
how come you’re so thin if the women are all heavier in our family. But when you get to
be 30 years old, you’re going to be heavy.” When I got to be thirty years old, and I was
still slender, they said, “Well, wait till you’re forty, and you’ll be putting on weight.”
When I was forty, I was still OK. This went on until I was fifty. When I hit sixty,
I started putting on weight, and I think they just pointed me in that direction
subconsciously. I figured somewhere in my life I had to satisfy them. I had to accept the
fact that I was going to be heavy. But I don’t accept it. I don’t want it, and I’m not going
to stay this way. It seemed like it was something that was pointed out to me. (Sheariam:
Very good!)

Myra: Well, I have to say that my three were hard to come by, but I know that
there must be a dozen, or ten or so. The first one, of course, is my heavy body. When I
was a fifth grader, I was the biggest kid in the class, and everybody spelled the word
“FAT” and I blushed. I couldn’t stand to hear it said. I finally had to come to the
conclusion that it’s OK to say that I am fat. But I don’t really want to be fat, but I don’t
seem to do anything about it. So, I must have accepted it, which bothers me.
The second one is that I have worn glasses since I was in seventh grade, and I
discover that I can see better now sometimes without my glasses. I read without my
glasses. I have wonderful vision up close without my glasses. But at a distance I can’t see
so good.
And the last one, I’ve studied real hard on how to voice this one. For my 35 years
of marriage, which has not been a very easy marriage, I recognized that for a long time I
was terribly resentful because my husband didn’t want to do the things I wanted to do.
So, then I decided, well it’s better that I make myself happy, and make him happy and not
try to make him do what I want to do. It’s OK for me to be happy not doing things with
him sometimes. But I’ve accepted the limitations, because I want to be married to him.
My choice for this last one is that I intend to make my life more exciting even if he
doesn’t want to be exciting, and that’s OK. (Sheariam: Congratulations on that “OK”.
Very well done.)

LaMar: There is one that I almost hesitate to mention, but I did for some six
months do these transcripts here, and due to remarks, I think very innocently made, I
suddenly went into revolt. I sat down at the typewriter to do these transcripts, and I
simply went into such depression that it took me too long to get out of it. It was not worth
the effort. And I’m still that way. I have not bought in my own mind that what I was
doing was not at least a passably fair job. I have not bought in my own mind that there
was anything about remarks which should have caused that problem.
But nevertheless, I had that one time when I started typing on that transcript, and I
simply went into a very deep depression. Since then, just the thought of typing on those
transcripts is almost more than I can endure. I don’t know whether you would say that I
have accepted that, or whether I should take a transcript and go to work on it, or how to
handle it.

Sheariam: I think you need to look at what you have accepted. It is not the
remark. It is your response. It is the idea that one is to be appreciated for what one
does. This is not an erroneous concept. The degree of appreciation, perhaps, is what
you need to examine. If the object, or objectionable remarks, or remarks which
were objectionable to you, came from only a small portion of the overall group,
perhaps then you need to look at your ego needs in respect to the group.
Is it necessary that everyone be admiring? Or is it sufficient that your effort
is appreciated by only some? These words of mine are not said in judgment. They
are said in guidance. It is for you to examine and decide what you have accepted
which would cause depression.

***LaMar: Yes, I have already examined that, and I am very well aware that
the bulk of the group apparently were appreciative. I am, to put it bluntly, very confused
as to that depressed thing. Of course, I was also at that time being told by Silverthistle
that I was trying to do too much for other people and not enough for myself. Perhaps that
also was having its affect in there.

Sheariam: Yes. You see there is something else that you have accepted. You have
accepted that one should feel guilty in certain circumstances. You know that you
have the expertise to serve the group in that manner. You know also that other
members of the group do not. Therefore, the group is dependent upon the few who
can serve the group in that manner. Therefore, you have some guilt feelings about
not carrying part of the load. Where, when, how, did you accept that opinion?

LaMar: Well, I really don’t know. I have felt guilt feelings that Owen has been left
to do the whole thing, because I know what a job it is. And I know how long it has gone
on, his having to do it. And while we are on the subject, I feel that the entire class does
have a responsibility of helping in one way or another, even if we have to hire someone
and everyone contribute to it, so that one person is not left with the job entirely.

Sheariam: This is a mechanic of the group which the group must resolve. But for
your part, you do feel guilty, and that is what you must examine. Guilt is a terrible
burden. If one chooses to take a particular path, either to do something, or to not do
something, one should make that choice in the confidence that it’s all right to make
that choice, and there should not be any guilt attached.
No one else should give guilt to another. In fact, this is the thrust of this
lesson. Guilt feelings stem from what each individual has accepted. It does not
matter whether another expresses a negative opinion or not. One does not need to
respond with guilt. If there are valid reasons, and one is willing to do his part, it
may be that that part needs to be done in some other way. You have made a
constructive suggestion to the group. That is appropriate. Feeling guilty that you are
not doing hands-on work is inappropriate. Thus, you are accepting guilt which does
not pertain.

LaMar: Thank you. I appreciate that very much. I think this is probably the major
place that I need to examine and work out above anything else. But I do have such an
intense desire to please, whether it be in a group like this, or teaching school, or even at
home with my wife. If something doesn’t come off right, then I feel a sense of guilt or
frustration at having failed when maybe the failure only appeared to me rather than to
someone else.

Sheariam: Correct. You are going to find in your meditation that as you begin
discoursing with your heavenly guides, these kinds of things will be discussed, and
you will receive personal guidance from those who can guide you best. (LaMar:
Thank you. I appreciate your help very much.) You are welcome.

Reta: I analyzed one of mine, and it was pertaining to my recent marriage to
LaMar. I’d been alone for many years doing what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it.
Being married, I had to stop and think of someone else. I accepted this very readily in its
place and where it belongs. It was working out very fine, but it is one of the big choices
and decisions that I had to make after having been alone for so long.
But I do accept it very readily, and it’s working out fine. It was a big thing for me
having been alone for about twenty some years and doing all my own decision making.
Then all of a sudden, I had to realize there was someone else to think about. I had to stop
and say, “Should we do this?” or “Should we do that?”

Myra: I feel like I’ve been guided in coming to my decision that it’s OK to be
different. For instance, what you were saying, my thoughts are very different from people
around me, and if they don’t think like I do, that’s their tough luck.

Reta: I felt the same way. That was another thing I had. I had a number of things
too on mine, but that one is specific just recently. But too often, I think we try to please
someone else. But we should not offend someone. I think we can be very different and
stand apart without being offensive.

Sheariam:Guilt pertains when you attempt to fulfill goals that you think other
people have set for you. This is another thrust of this lesson: that you begin to
recognize those goals that you set for yourself. You see, as long as you consent to the
goals that are set for you by others, you accept everything that goes along with the
fulfillment or failure to fulfill. Thus, it is with LaMar here. It is his choice whether
or not he participates in the hands-on activities. He has set himself a goal to please.
He must then be very careful whom he chooses to please, and not accept pressure
from that other person when he does not fulfill the goals that are set for him by that
other. Is that clear? (LaMar: Yes, very much so.)

Jean: I remember being told as a child that I was selfish. I’ve always thought all
my life that I was selfish. It takes a lot of pleasure out of life because I think I’m being
selfish, and I still have a lot of trouble with it.

LaMar: I think that this is a magnificent exercise we are on here, because I know
that people’s health is affected by all these various things that they accept that really
weren’t theirs to start with – their health, their mental health, their emotional health, their
being is affected by those things. And the more they can become aware of them, the less
it is going to affect us.

Sheariam: That is precisely true. In this exercise, we want to relate these things
to the declaration “I Am.” As our friend Myra has said, “I am fat,” and “I now can
be comfortable with that.” Why should you accept that opinion because you live in a
particular century, in a particular country, in which emaciation is revered. If you
lived in the 15th or 16th century in Europe, you would be an extremely fashionable,
attractive lady.

Ida: Well, I don’t know what to say, but I’ve been more or less working hard
all my life. My married life has been nothing but hard work. After I was left alone, I
decided that I would never marry again. It seems to me that I’ve been progressing and
having more friends after I’ve been left alone. I feel very happy about my life now, but I
never had the education or anything to go with others. But I’ve been accepted by people
that have, so I feel very good about it.

Sheariam: Let us go back to the lesson on the “I Am.” Give some thought to
those statements, “I am thus and so,” and examine why, when, where, how, who
may be connected with that opinion of yourself. In this self-examination exercise,
when you have found a particular opinion such as the one just discussed, “I am fat,”
or “I am selfish,” or “I am inadequate,” or “I am anything” – when it turns out to
be a negative opinion, then declare the untruth of that opinion.
Call upon Khamael, the Disciplined Forcefulness, the Divine Fire, to
transmute the negative into the positive. When you find a negative “I Am”
statement, immediately when you become aware of that negative, create in that
instant the alternative. But also, be aware the alternative may be chosen because
you have accepted an opinion as in the instance of “I am fat.” That is not necessarily
negative. It appears to be negative because of current opinion.
So, evaluate first what appears to be a negative. Be sure that it is a negative.
When you have so determined, find that positive declaration, but be sure also that it
is truly the positive that you want. When you have established the positive “I Am”
statement, back it up with a call upon Gabriel. With the power and the strength of
Gabriel, “I Will” manifest this positive.

Jean: Another thing that I have accepted – the first three were negative, but I
have accepted that I think I am particularly blessed and particularly had good things
given to me. (Sheariam: Then you can reinforce that positive.) (Myra: By calling
upon Khamael as well as Gabriel?) Yes.

Sheariam: And now I will ask you to go back in your lessons and give me the
third law. (Much rustling of paper followed by several voices – “Ideation”) Correct.
The ruling Principle? (Migration.) And the ruling Attribute? (Wisdom). Correct.
And the Archangel? (Ratziel.)
Let us then this evening examine Ratziel, especially the pronunciation of
Ratziel. You will recall the letter “a”, as it is pronounced “ah”, means what? (More
rustling paper. Myra: Divine Fire made personal?) That is correct. It is the “K” sound
that talks of shadow-land. The “ah” is the Inner Fire that is then existent in the
shadow-land.
Now in Ratziel, the “ah” becomes “a” (as in hat) and the “a” sound is that
sound of the Inner Fire become Self-Consciousness. Who recalls what the “r” sound
represents. (Myra: Director, organizer, head of faculty, ties to Divine order.) Correct.
Now we come to the combined sound of the “t” and the “z”. The “t”, the
connection of the tongue with the roof of the mouth is representative of exactly that:
“connection.” And the “z” is the sound of the Divine Fire manifesting. So, we have
the directing, organizing force in the Divine Inner Fire in Self-Consciousness,
connecting in the Divine Fire Manifestation as Light, with the “e” of self-expression:
R-a-tz-i-el. Have I made that clear?
So now, what is the meaning of Ratziel? (To run with, delight in.) Exactly
correct. Now you can see, as Divine Inner Self becomes conscious of Self, it takes
delight in its beingness. It is now conscious of a separation from The Absolute,
becomes aware of Itself as a reflection of The Absolute, and thus delights in itself as
autonomous yet divine. And herein lies pure wisdom.
When wisdom is truly expressed, the agent through which it expresses always
finds itself in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition. Thus,
Migration is the Principle.Migration is the word which describes to you that
seemingly instinctual movement of certain elements of nature to be in the right place
at the right time for the right condition for quality of life. This is the Divine Idea.
Thus, it falls in line with the Law of Ideation. Herein lies your power to create those
circumstances which are right for you. Herein lies the power for you to create your
own self in the right condition.
As you continue to examine your lives for statements of “I am thus or so,”
you will begin to establish the Divine Idea of yourself, rather than being totally
absorbed, or captured, or intrigued by the self you have believed yourself to be as
conditioned by those things to which you have consented. It is in the Divine Idea in
the true Divine Self, the awareness of Self as a reflection, a shadow self of The
Absolute, that you become aware of your powers of creation.
In the “I Am” and “I Will”, we have been dealing in those two opposing
forces first described, for the “I Am” is indrawing and the “I Will” is outgoing. This
may appear to be an erroneous conception, but the “I Am” is in fact part of the
disintegrative forces of this world. It is as this world, the material world, becomes
disintegrated that the soul is brought back to or into The Absolute. As you declare
“I Am”, you withdraw from the physical material world. You recognize that you are
not the body that you wear. You recognize the divinity within. When you declare “I
Will”, you can only act through this material world which you now inhabit, and
thus you are moving outward productively, constructively – thus the force of
institution, of constitution, rather than disintegration. Have I made this clear? (I still
don’t quite understand.)
Can you isolate what part you do not understand? I would not wish to go
over the whole dissertation. Perhaps, as you consider what has been said, you can
intuitively put things together, and thus perhaps, remove the plastic covers from the
well. We will be happy to entertain any questions you may have after you have
considered and re-studied the lesson as given. Is that well with you? (Jean: Yes. I’d
like one question, though. Is “will” self determination?)
No. You will find another lesson later on “volition.” “I Am” and “I Will” are
eternal laws of existence in this hierarchy. When I say to you that as you use the law
and make the declaration “I Will”, you create, you constitute, you establish. This
may not be by self-determination. That is why you have the lesson to examine what
it is you have accepted by consent. (Jean: When you say, “I Will”, you set into
motion?) You certainly do.

Myra: What place does desire involve in this? It’s sort of a half-way statement
that “I will go on a diet,” for instance. You really don’t feel like you’re going to. Does
your desire influence the will?

Sheariam: Of course! We will get into this further when we get into the Attribute
of “Feeling”. At this particular level of “I Am” and “I Will”, you are working with
the Divine Will rather than personal desire.
Now with the Law of Ideation, as you pursue your lesson on examining that
to which you have consented, we would have you develop an idea which you will
bring into manifestation. Thus, it must take some serious thought on your part to
determine what it is that you would put in motion for yourself. This is to be a
personal thing. It need not be something to be confided either to the group or to
anyone else. You will receive instruction as we go along with the other laws. (Myra:
Would this be a personal goal or action you want to take?) It can be anything.

Bonnie: I’d like to know when I could talk to somebody about all the things that
have been happening to me lately. (Sheariam: By “somebody” whom do you mean?)
Someone at the temple. I’ve been talking to Gloria a lot, but I still have some questions.
(I am here.) But it would take a long time. It has to do with all the things that have been
happening at the well for the last few weeks. (We would have to give that some
thought, some consideration. It might be that the group might consider an alternate
meeting or some alternate arrangement in which personal consultations could be
achieved. We have not established those connections with Gloria in order for them
to be at a private sitting.

Myra: Would you think of having Gloria and the individual go into the library, or
we could go to another place for a personal conversation. (Sheariam: It could be done
that way. You see, our connection with this channel depends upon the group. We
have not made the connection in order to come through without the energy of the
group.)

Owen: Bonnie, did you have in mind a personal interview?
Bonnie: Well, it just seems that there isn’t enough time in the group here to really
discuss. The last couple of times I haven’t been able to get into what’s been happening to
me.

Sheariam: …that there might be an alternative time in which the group would be
willing to devote their energies to deal primarily with individual concerns. We of the
temple do not wish to give up the teaching time. We do wish to continue with the
lessons. The exercises are designed for personal development and evolution. As one
evolves, one’s own Source assists in that process. We, of course, are very happy to be
of any assistance that we can be. But it is a matter of space and time for you in the
group. We can be available any time.

Myra: Are you thinking of having part of the study night used for personal
consultation?
LaMar: Any alternative night that we would decide upon that is agreeable with
Gloria when the group or part of the group could get together when we could use our
energies to get this channel, and that could be used for individuals.

Sheariam: I can be here on your study night. It could be any time. We simply
need to know when the appointment is, which, of course, means merely notifying the
channel, for it is the channel who makes the material arrangements for our being
together.
We invite you now to breathe deeply to generate oxygen content within your
body. Load up your systems with oxygen. That is much better. The energy was
somewhat low. Now let us continue with the program previously instituted. Put your
consciousness into your feet beginning with your toes. Allow the oxygen-laden blood
to circulate warmly through the feet.
There are with us the temple healers this night. Each of you is receiving the
ministry of one of the temple healers. Your treatment will again concern the feet, so
it is imperative that you keep the oxygen content in your bodies at as high a level as
is possible. Direct the consciousness into the feet. Now the healers’ hands begin to
stroke your insteps and pull at your toes. Feel your toes individually manipulated
and massaged.
As the bottom of the big toes are massaged in a circular motion, you find the
tension withdrawing from your neck and shoulders, and your scalp muscles are
relaxing. The soothing strokes now being administered to your heels and down the
sides of your feet relax you further.
Then as they massage on the soles of the feet, on the balls of the feet, the
energy there begins to whirl, begins to tingle, and yet you are deliciously relaxed.
Now, each of your healers will manipulate your feet in accordance with the need of
the individual. Adjustments of the tiny bones are made, the ligaments are gently
stretched and exercised. Where there are growths upon the bony tissue, they are
gently massaged away. Where there is misalignment, the feet are placed in
alignment again. Just relax and enjoy the ministry.
As the minute adjustments are made, you may feel a little discomfort. Know
that no injuries will ever be inflicted upon you. The discomfort is due to the fact that
the feet have been in misalignment for so long, that true alignment brings some
degree of discomfort at first. This is a healing prospect. Now if you will each think
to yourself the number “7”, the energy of that number assists in making the
adjustments hold.
Now the healing moves on, up into the ankle. Allow your consciousness to
rise to the ankle area. As the feet have to do with your understanding, your ankles
have to do with your mobility. If the ankles are not supple and flexible, one tends to
have inflexible thought processes. So even as the massaging fingers move to adjust
in the ankles, so the spiritual forces move to make adjustments in erroneous
opinions and thought patterns.
Wherever there is the weakness in the ankle, the healers put in energy to
strengthen ligaments, muscles, bone tissue. Again, in the moving joints there are
emollients applied to make the movement more fluid, to dissolve any unnecessary
bony spurs. Even as the ministry continues, you find that your facial muscles relax.
There is less tension around the eyes, around the nose and mouth. Inflexible thought
patterns cause tension in the facial muscles. Now the healers will conclude their
ministry with upward strokes to the knees, increasing circulation, increasing
elimination of toxic wastes. Now, each in his own way, thank your ministering
healer.
The healers now move to surround you all in a circle, and join with you in
the general healing meditation. Feel the warmth, the energy and the support of these
enlightened beings. As they begin to emit the blue and green energy, do your part
with visualization and with the rubbing of the palms to generate the physical
energy. Then just turn the palms upward and allow the energy to float loose in the
air. Feel all the energy mixing and mingling and surrounding you, moving through
you. Feel the warmth of the healer who stands behind you.
As the healer’s energy moves in through your shoulders and back, it passes
on through your body and mingles with your visualization of blue and green. The
air is filled with the evanescent healing energies and the glow of the iridescence of
the physical energies that you have generated. The physical energy emits from your
body with the oxygen which you have breathed in.
Now invite into this beautiful healing environment all those for whom you
have concern. (Many names called.) The healers are now joining hands, and they are
causing the energy to form into a whirling vortex. It becomes more like a fountain as
the energies are drawn upwards and outwards and begin to move around the entire
planet. With the aid of the healers, the energies permeate not only the physical
realm, but all of the subtle realms as well. It is glorious to see. There is also a great
choir singing. Listen for it.
Now allow your loved ones to return to themselves. Close with your own
singing of the Hallelujah as the celestial choir joins you. Feel the power of the music.
And it shall go with you until we meet again.
