Session #52 – June 8, 1985
Gloria’s Circle
Present: Eileen Horton, Bonnie Wisz, Myra Perala, Jean Chisholm, Sidney
Smither, Peggy Muldoon, LaMar and RetaMae Bell, Richard and Mary
White, Owen and Maxine Cramer.

Sheariam: Good evening students and friends, What a wonderful atmosphere to
enter this evening. For our lesson tonight, you could not have chosen a better
meditation with which to begin. We also have some very important work to do
tonight. You have a world situation which is indeed grave. We are pleased with your
study on the Realm of Spirit. (Reports by Richard and Eileen during study period.)
As it was first planned, the lessons were to continue with the growth and
development of humankind. But after some discussion and observation of your
degree of understanding, it has been decided that we will at this time take up the
Orders of Angels. There is important work for you to do in the coming few weeks in
which the Orders of Angels can be most helpful as your knowledge of them grows.
Thus, it is tonight that we will take up the “Saraphim”. But before we do so, we
have a gift for our dear Achowthbah Bonnie, our dear sister Kerathyn.
Some time ago you asked about the Ankh, and we promised at the next time
we would bring your answers, and we did not for due and sufficient reasons.
However, it is important for your development that you have your answers. Some
10,000 years ago in your reckoning of time, civilization in certain parts of your
planet were matriarchal. The only social structure was that established by women.
Men, as such, were lone beings, isolated from the social group. The social group was
established by women for the protection of progeny, for the furtherance of
humankind.
However, in order for there to be progeny, there had to be mating. These
social groups recognized the moon as their goddess, and that at full moon was the
greatest drive for procreation. Thus it was established that one of the divine symbols
for them was a full circle, which at this time in your consciousness on earth is
attributed to the sun god. It actually began as a moon goddess. This represented the
female principle.
It was clearly understood by the male population that only at certain times
were they welcome among the women, and then only under certain conditions. It
evolved that symbols would portray this invitation to the men. Now, in the Ankh,
below the circle lies a cross. In the original symbology, the cross was less a cross as it
now stands, and more a “t” shape, the cross bar lying at the bottom of the circle, the
circle representing the feminine energy, or the “yoni”. The vertical line suspended
below the horizontal line, the male lingam.
Thus the Ankh represents the phallus penetrating the hymen to create and
procreate. It is a symbol of invitation for mating. Over the centuries it has become
the symbol of life as mankind developed his social norms. As women allowed men
into the social group, overcoming cannibalism and other socially destructive
behavior patterns. Now the Ankh represents life. Do you have any questions?
Bonnie: Has it been used for other things in between that time? (No. It has always
related to the male-female union in the act of procreation.) Has it ever been used for
something to meditate on? (As ever, the procreation energies have been used as
meditational devices, and most certainly the symbology that accompanies them. You
will find the repetition of this symbol and parts of it in all world religions
throughout history.) In Egyptian times it was a key. (The key to life, yes.) The key to
life or the key of life? (Both. You see, it is not only symbolical of the male-female
union, but is actually a replica of the ovum receiving the sperm.) And you said it is
only 10,000 years? (Yes.) That’s not very long. (No.)

Myra: Is this interpretation of the Ankh understood today by others? (Some of
your ancient Druidic cults understand it.)

Sidney: If it goes back 10,000 years, then that would be in the first stage of
development, approximately? (Of social structure as you now know it.)

Sheariam: Very well, then. Let us proceed with the “Saraphim”. In the Realm of
Spirit, the sedimentary process aggregates into many different forms. It is in the
Realm of Spirit in which the angelic energies become forms. While, as all else, the
angelic energies pre-exist for the angelic manifestation which you experience, the
form becomes reality in the Realm of Spirit, even as the bodies which you wear
become formed in the Realm of Spirit in Adam Kadmon.
It is well in our studies of the angelic orders to examine further the sounds
and the meanings thereof. Refer to the sound of “s”. Can you recall its meaning?
(Capacity to establish value; to be discriminating; power to break down limiting
structure; to change.) That extends to mean dis-enfranchisement, a long word to get
through in this kind of communication. This is the imputation of choice, or selection.
When the word or sound of “s” is spoken, the power is that which disassembles
units of a structure without destroying the integrity of the units, and makes them
available for use in another structure. Thus “s” becomes basic to change, and is the
first sound in the Archangel Sandalphon. In your modern language, the Saraphim,
the “s” does not begin to express the powers imbued in this angelic order.
Let us proceed with the sounds as we have taught you to say them. (“a”
pronounced “ahh”: shadow of Divine Fire manifest in spirit.) Correct. And I do believe
that is well understood among this group. The shadow of Divine Fire manifest in
Spirit, and that is what we are discussing, is it not? Let us go on to the “r” sound.
(The organizing principle; the head faculty; the director; the organizer; that which ties in
with Divine Order.)
Now this extends the meaning to compliance with Divine Law. The Saraphim
are responsible for those changes to be always in compliance with Divine Law as
Guardians of the Divine Fire. If anything were allowed to go out of compliance with
Divine Law, the result is unthinkable. So the “r”, the organizer, sees that the change
made in the disassembling and re-assembling of the units, or erts, is in compliance
with Divine Law, with Divine Intent.
Then the second “a” is a repetition to demonstrate that the shadow has
shadow which has shadow, that everything which comes out of some other structure
contains within it the shadow of the previous structure. As an analogy, if you have a
wall comprised of bricks, and you disassemble the wall, the bricks do not lose their
integrity as bricks. They still retain the potential to be a wall if they cooperate in a
certain way with each other. But they can also be re-assembled into some other
structure such as a stair or a pillar or the wall of a house, but will always retain the
essence of being a barrier, as in the beginning instance of fence. So in the Saraphim,
the “a” is repeated to bring this reality to consciousness.
And then the “f” sound. (Individual Consciousness individualized.) Precisely.
This is an Order of Angels. There must not only be individualization, there must be
self-consciousness, awareness of the individualization, the knowledge of purpose,
function, capacity, etc.
Now the latter two sounds, the “e” and the “m” are common to all the Orders
of Angels. Can you explain why that should be?
Myra: The Orders of Angels are all the messengers of Divine Order, and the
Inner force Expressing Itself is happening with these sounds, the ”e” and the “m”, the
synthesis of the birth of the new entity, so they’re all creating new manifestations of what
God wants done. (That is correct. Each angelic order supervises certain creations,
and the generation of those creations.)
Owen: Both sounds have a meaning of power also. (You see, Divine Mind does
not delegate responsibility without authority. That is a human failing.)
Sheariam: Now the Law. (I Am.) And the Attribute? (Discsiplined Forcefulness)
Exactly. Now the responsibility of the Saraphim is the Guardianship of the Divine
Fire. Given their name, you can see how nothing in any realm is ever lost or
becomes unusable, but is in some way retained.
Now the Order of the Saraphim is subtitled the Fiery Serpents, appropriately
so if you will examine the sounds of the word “serpent”. You have the “s” and the
“r” of the Saraphim, and what is the meaning of the sounds of “p-n-t”? (“p” sound is
individualization through containment; building power through restraint.) What occurs
when an aggregation of erts is formed? (There’s sound and light.)
Sheariam: And restraint: containment within a certain structure, as the bricks in
a wall. There is power in that restraint. But as things change, as the units are
disassembled and re-assembled, the Saraphim see that the subsequent structure
complies with Divine Order, restrained in the proper manner, and powered with the
proper power so as to protect the Divine Fire, in other words, to perpetuate life for
you.
This is Disciplined Forcefulness. As you call upon the Archangel Khamael,
and you open that center within yourself, you make way for the Orders of Angels,
for the Saraphim to do their job. When this center becomes closed up due to the
Law of Illusion, or some other thing, then the Saraphim must work harder, more
insistently, for they must never allow the Divine Fire to fail. That is their Divine
Fiat.

Myra: So when we call upon Khamael, that really excites the Order of Saraphim
to go into service for us. Is that right? (It enables them to do so. It enables them to
work through you.) But if we are not porous enough to respond appropriately, then they
are blocked. Is that right? (They have to work indirectly. Yes.)
So even if we are blocked, we can call upon them, and we can still receive some
help. (Oh, of course! In the mere calling upon the name of Khamael, you open the
door. The door is blocked by those who do not exercise that right, as you witness in
the social disease and errors of your day. Fortunately, there are enough aware
people currently in your social order who say “I Am” in a positive way. The “I Am”
is also a call upon Khamael. It is an invocation of the law. Thus it is that we teach
you not to say “I am” a negative, for that you decree into being. You call upon the
Saraphim to make it a fact.) And that gives it power. (Yes.)

Bonnie: If a person surrounds himself for years with negative thought, is that an
actual energy that is carried around in them? (It certainly is.) Is this the best way, then,
to break that up? (It’s a most advantageous beginning.)
Jean: When we’re trying to break the habit of using “I Am” incorrectly, and
inadvertently say “I am sad” or something negative, how do we cancel that out? (You
can immediately call upon Khamael. You can immediately make a positive
affirmation.)

Myra: You might say, “I used to be forgetful, but now I’m remembering better.”
Something to that effect? Like sometimes I say, “Oh, I can’t remember names.” Then I’ll
say, “oh, oh”. (But you are not saying “I Am”.)

LaMar: People who make a negative statement like that, and then realizing it, say
“cancel, cancel”. They aren’t saying “I Am” either, are they? Are they just fooling
themselves, or are they actually canceling it? (They are creating an energy that refutes
it.)

Jean: Can’t you just say “cancel” and then restate it? (That is better.)

Richard: To follow with the proper statement, and to simply say “cancel”.
(Correct.)

Jean: Let’s see if I have it right. You make the mistake. Then you say “cancel”.
Then you say it correctly. (Yes.)

Peggy: You don’t have to say “cancel”, do you? Just make a positive statement?
(That is more likely to balance than to cancel.)

Jean: If you think “cancel”, and then make a positive, does it cancel? (It is more
powerful.)

Bonnie: I want to get back to this negative energy field that we can carry around
and in us. What is the best way to not just chisel away at it, but dissipate it? (It is
unlikely at your state of consciousness evolution that you could dissipate such a field
instantaneously. It is something that you must grow out of. You are constantly
attempting to survive amidst a polluted environment, polluted not only materially
but mentally and emotionally. In order to dissolve such a field would take a great
deal of power which can at this time only be generated by groups.)
Myra: So, if we have a problem like this, and we would like very much to get rid
of that negative force around us, then the best thing is to ask a group to work with you on
it. (Precisely so.)

Bonnie: Like at the Living Enrichment Center we have a Prosperity Group, and we
were talking about the fact that we should work on it together and get our energies
working together.

Myra: There is so much power in a group. (Have we not recommended group
action all along the line? (Agreement that this was so.) As Karansa brought to you,
group study is imperative. Would that we had thousands more groups such as yours.)

Owen: This leads to a question that was asked me. How can we get a group like
this started, for example, in Corvallis? (By impressing the leadership of such a group
on the importance of group action, and providing them with the information which
has been given you.) I think the inquirer was thinking of a separate trance channeling
group with the direct teaching similar to what we are privileged to have. Of course, they
can use what we are receiving also. (If they provide a channel, we will come to them.)

Maxine: Are you aware of possible channels in the area? (We are always alert to
such potentials.) Then if we would ask you specifically to give the name of somebody
in the Corvallis area, would you do this? (No.)

Myra: They would have to step forward. (Yes, as was done with this group.
You assembled yourselves and invited us. You found your own channel and
provided us with this doorway.) But there aren’t too many Glorias around. (There are
lots of them.)

Maxine: Do you have any suggestion of how they might find a channel? (We
cannot resolve your human problems for you. We can only come when the way is
made possible. Remember that your consciousness must demand of ours. We cannot
demand of yours.)

LaMar: This last week I made up a book of meditations which have been given
this class as well as the Tuesday and Thursday night classes. Several of them are
extremely beautiful meditations and healing services that included the temple healers
who came and did healing with us. The question has been asked of me, if we were to use
those meditations where it says that the temple healers are with you now and they bathe
our feet, etc., if we were to use these at an ESPR’s or some other meeting of that kind, do
the temple healers actually come? In other words, can we use that meditation or healing
service in the same way that it was used when you or whoever had the temple healers
come and work with us?

Sheariam: In those meditations the communicator made the invitation. If a
group sits together to study without a channel, but in the beginning of the
meditation will invite and welcome the teachers and the healers from the temple,
they will come. If a channel is present, there will be contact made depending upon
the attitude and consciousness of that potential channel.

Myra: So if we know of someone who has mediumistic tendencies or interests,
and would be willing to attempt to do this, should we ask them to try it and see if it
happens? (That certainly would be one way to attempt to make contact. You have
sufficient information now with which to compare any such communication, to
know whether you are receiving from the temple or from some other source.)

LaMar: In other words, if I understood this correctly, unless we have a medium
present, we couldn’t just ask the healers to come and be with us. (Yes. You could. I
simply said that contact would be made through a channel if such a one were
present.) But if one were not present? (Your invitation would be sufficient to bring
the teachers and the healers. You must ask. You must invite.)

Jean: Are you saying that they can come without the person having to be in a
trance? (Yes, they can come and minister to you if you invite them. They cannot
intrude without invitation.)

LaMar: Then actually all of those meditation healing services are very usable if we
choose to use them. (If the verbiage is modified.)
Jean: Last week, when I was stuck with a person needing help, when I called
upon help and then knew what to do and got the result, then was that an example of them
coming? (Yes, indeed.)

Mary: Sheariam, I’d like to go back to the subject of channels. Are there people
who could be channels who may not be aware at this time? (Certainly.) How best to
become aware of that? How can they know? (Practice.) How does one practice?

Sheariam: By practicing the silence; by accepting the receipt of ideas; by being
aware of the physical changes; of being willing to relinquish the body. Ego most
often stands between the successful accomplishment of mediumship and the failure
to succeed. It is not an easy thing to do, to consciously relinquish use of your
physical vehicle with which you are so intimate. You only do so in the normal
course of your activities when you put that body safely into a bed and cover it up. If
a potential channel can practice leaving the body without fear, that opens the
doorway. But perhaps first, before the total relinquishment, there should be the
recognition of conscious mediumship. In other words, as you sit and think about us,
and invite us to come and teach, be aware of the pressure of contact, of the pressure
of thought which overrides your own thought processes. As you become accustomed
to allowing thoughts from another mind to come through yours, it becomes easier
for you to detach and step out of the way so that direct communications can be
accomplished.

Mary: Is there a way of knowing that as a channel one is protected when one
begins as a channel, knowing that the right contacts will be made? (If your invitation is
directed specifically towards the temple, and that is your wish, your wish protects
you. Those who get in trouble are those who simply open themselves to see what
phenomenon shall transpire.)

Peggy: Should you direct that to the temple directly? (As you invite us, only we
come.)

Maxine: In meditation, when you speak with your guides and they speak with you,
is this in a way similar to the same kind of trance coming through?

Sheariam: No. You are in constant communication with your guides at an
unconscious level. In a meditation, as you deliberately call upon your guide group,
your protectors, those are the ones who answer your call. It is in your daily
circumstances similar to your telephone. If you dial a specific number, that is the
phone which rings. You will not dial home and reach your office unless the two are
one.

LaMar: In the meditation classes I belonged to for several years, we were always
taught to place our white lights around us before we meditated for protection purposes. I
have been wondering lately if this is valid, or if it is not valid. Is it necessary? (It is not
truly valid. It is a procedure developed by a certain group who believed in that way,
and the belief has spread even as other beliefs, as your Christianity, has spread. All
beliefs and ideas spread.)
If, when we meditate, we simply ask for those who have our best interests at
heart? (Remember that you are the ones who demand what you will receive from the
higher realms. It is not a case of petitioning, but demanding. Affirmation is your
best protection. You may affirm, “Only my guides shall speak with me” or “Only
teachers from the temple shall communicate with me.” You establish the parameters
of the experience.)
The reason I’m asking these questions, the thing that was uppermost in my mind,
was whether or not I know. I presume that if I simply ask for the teachers from the
temple, I’d be on pretty safe ground getting the teacher that would probably do me the
most good. (That is true. Remember you have been told that you are a member of
the temple as much so as I. When you call upon your kin, there is that bond that is
stronger than anything else.)

Richard: Since we seem to be on questions and answers, one of the questions that
our group asked that I ask you, in regard to meditation, what is the best format or outline
for us to follow. We’re talking now about our individual personal meditations. Should we
begin with a mantra? Should we begin with a prayer? Should we use a prayer such as the
Lord’s Prayer? Should we have a silent time during this meditation? Should we hold a
question or statement in our minds? We come from various backgrounds in regard to
meditation and its sequence, and we’re wondering what you of the temple recommend
that we use.
(There is no best way. The best way is whatever serves your purpose of the
moment. If you are in need of energy, Then an appropriate mantra repeated over
and over and over again serves your purpose. If you are seeking inspiration, then
you would set yourself in the proper frame of mind to receive that inspiration by
whatever means is suitable to you.) Prayer or whatever.
Yes. If you are seeking comfort, then you should try something that offers the
suggestion of comfort. Thus your 23rd Psalm to be read and pondered. The
importance of meditation is that the attention be redirected away from daily
material concerns and toward spiritual growth, the finding of one’s self and the
actualization of your Divine Self.
We use the form of meditation as given in these sessions in order to keep the
attention of all members present directed in a specific focus. In groups, this is one of
the better means to accomplish a specific end. As the individuals of a group reach
agreement upon a format and agreement upon the desired results, then any kind of
meditation decided upon should achieve those results whether it is by guided
meditation or by silent meditation, or by mantra, or by listening to music. Whatever
the means, it is in the Realm of Mind that the goal is established. When minds meet,
you achieve great power.) (Peggy¨ What do you mean by “when minds meet”?)
(Commonality of desired result.)

Sidney: Following up on LaMar’s question about white light, when is it
appropriate to surround yourself with white light? (You are constantly surrounded with
light. You are surrounded with the light which you personally emit. If you choose
that to be white, then purify your thoughts and emotions.) There is also talk by
various groups in the country of surrounding other people with white light if you wish to
assist them. Is this appropriate? (It is impossible.)

Jean: Would that mean too that it’s impossible to surround objects, like your
home? (That does not mean that you cannot erect a defensive field, but you do that
with your own emissions.)

LaMar: In other words, as you get into your car to drive off down the highway and
you wish to surround that car with a barrier against drunks and so on, that this is possible
and you do it with your own mind. (Yes. But it is your own field which you are
expanding to incorporate the field of your vehicle. Your guidance, your supporters,
assist you with this as they, too, contribute to the field.)

Sidney: The one thing that seems to be continually stressed is that we can and
should send love to others, and that can be used by them. Is that what we’re limited to
essentially? (It might be phrased that way. Actually, as you have been taught, your
thought travels far enough to surround the planet several times before weakening to
the point of extinction. Thought is what influences. If you want to add safety to
another, you send them thoughts of safety, which energy then they can transmute
into their own field. This is why you must not send energy to someone who is ill,
because they will use that energy to perpetuate the illness.)

Jean: How do you properly send your good intentions, your love, your concern?
(In the way that we do here in our meditations. We have given you in the
meditations the proper way to project your concerns. You build a field of your own
love, your own energy, and invite that person’s consciousness to partake of the
healing properties therein.)

Myra: Could you elaborate on your very first statement tonight that in view of
the dangers of the world or something? (Our healing meditation is going to be the
work we do on that this night.) Were you referring to the hijacking? (Yes.)

Richard: Is our lesson completed? Did we interrupt you in what you were going to
give us on the Order of Angels? (It would seem you have received sufficient.) In that
event, I have two more questions I would like to ask that the group previously agreed on.
This results from our work on the workbook. One was in regard to Adam Kadmon and
prayer. I think that you made the statement that Adam Kadmon needs our prayer. (Yes.)
And if so, what does the prayer do? (We have not spoken on appreciation to any
extent, and Silverthistle is giving this to the channel in his work, but briefly, how do
you feel when you are appreciated?) Great! (How then does your heavenly
progenitor feel when you express appreciation, which is what prayer should be?)

Myra: So it’s gratefulness that we cultivate within ourselves, which is a
wonderful thing. But we also provide the joy that he can experience? (Yes. As you take
pride in your children, so does Adam Kadmon take pride in Its creations. How
disappointed is a parent whose child seems to totally disregard the parents’
concern?) Or take things for granted. (Which you all do.) That’s because we’re all
wrapped up in ourselves. (You do dwell in the Realm of Self.)

Richard: Well, to further enlarge that question, what is the value of prayer in
general in regard to this group or the study groups we hope to form? (The question can
only be answered in the light of what kind of prayer you are using. (I guess that’s part
of the same question. What kinds of prayer are valid. I think we have some
misconceptions about prayer before. (As Christians, you have been taught to say,
“Our Father which art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name.” As you say that, you are
saying “Thy nature is revered.”) That would be a prayer of appreciation. (Most
certainly.)

Myra: So we need to repeat the Lord’s Prayer daily, then? (Even as you demand
your daily bread, you are acknowledging your progenitor’s power to provide such,
and that is appreciation.)

Richard: So you’re recommending the Lord’s Prayer as an excellent example? (If
you will remember that Adam Kadmon is not male. Adam Kadmon is parental, but
not “father” only.)

Myra: So we could say “Our Heavenly Parent”. (That would be more
appropriate.) Our Parent Who art in heaven – that’s a good idea. (“Which” are in
heaven.)
Richard: Why change the prayer if we understand when we say “father” that we’re
meaning “parent”? (Because the sounds you speak have power. As you continue to
address your progenitor as “father”, you perpetuate the patriarchy in which you
live, denying equality.)

Peggy: Everything we say and everything we think has power. It’s the way we say
it, whether we want that kind of help. (Correct.)

Sidney: Are there any subcategories of prayer other than appreciation, or do all
types of prayers deal just with appreciation in various ways? (You hear prayers of
petition, of self-abnegation, of self-condemnation, of perpetuating the concept that
man is a sinner, and on and on. This hardly goes to increase the value of your
progenitor. Why would any progenitor create that of which it must be ashamed?)

LaMar: This touches just the edge. It may be the center of the reason that we have
all these tremendous amounts of questions that we fire at you, because there are probably
no two people in this room that have the same background. (Comment: Or the same
comprehension.) (And that is wonderful and beautiful to us.)

Richard: Well, maybe gradually we’ll get this show together.

Myra: When you try to tell us something, and we all have certain experiences and
certainly different definitions of the words that you use, so then we come away with
perhaps varying degrees of understanding. (But that is what makes group study so
powerful, because you do have the various perspectives. And as you compare and as
you discourse with each other, you round out the teachings for all.)

Owen: I noticed that you corrected the use of “who” to “which” when referring to
our parent in heaven. And in previous lessons Adam Kadmon was referred to as “it”. In
my first reaction, this seemed disrespectful, but there must be more of a reason behind it.
Could you expand? (It is only disrespectful to you who are used to a patriarchy. “It”
is not limiting but limitless. “It” does not confine the beingness of Adam Kadmon to
either male or female, or only those two.) When referring to Adam Kadmon, the
pronoun “it” should be capitalized? (Yes.)

Myra: I remember last time you told us that the Lord’s Prayer is a fine prayer, but
that the pronouns should be singular instead of plural. So I have written the Lord’s
Prayer, and I’d like you to check it with me. Would you mind (Sheariam assents.)?
I wrote: “Our Parent which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom
come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give me this day my daily bread, and
lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from choosing evil, for thine is the kingdom
and the power and the glory forever and ever. (That is what was meant by that
instruction.) I’ll try to re-learn it.

Maxine: While you were speaking, I had a thought that came to me. I often say in
my mediation, “Not my will but thy will be done in me and through me.” And I am
wondering if my broken hip was a result of that in order to make me be quiet, think, and
not go ahead and continue doing my will. (The circumstances resulting in that physical
disability are not solely due to that particular thought. As you have been advised,
you chose that method for personal reasons which you must examine. You cannot
put that choice onto something else.)
What you’re saying is that I need to examine why I chose a broken hip. If I ask in
meditation, is it apt to be shown to me? Will there be signs that will be given to me?
(Yes. What you must come to understand is that your will is not separate from
Divine Will. It is the job of the Saraphim to see that human will remains in
compliance with Divine Will. As you affirm “I will Divine Will”, you are assisting
the Saraphim to do their job.)
Owen: I presume and dearly hope that the temple is fully aware of our program
for two weeks from tonight: another open meeting. (Yes, indeed.) Great! I was
wondering if there was any specific advice or suggestion that you might have. We are
planning to be upstairs in the church instead of the basement. (Of that we are aware.) I
hope that’s satisfactory. (Insofar as certain conditions can be maintained. My capacity to
speak with you through the channel depends upon your energies as well as that of the
channel. This is true of any discarnate communicator. Thus it is that there must be certain
other human forms very close to the channel.) We are going to check that tomorrow.
Really close? Yes, physically close. We draw upon the emitted energies from your
human forms to assist us in this communication.)

Bonnie: How close is that requirement? (Not more than three to four feet.)

Owen: Actually none of us is that close to you now, except possibly LaMar. (Yes.
Our good assistant is always there to be relied upon.)

Mary: Then you would suggest that our group be right up front? (That would be
most helpful.)

Richard: Maybe two or three of us seated right beside the channel? (That would be
very well.)

Eileen: How many of the group should be close? (Three at least.)

Richard: Any other suggestions? (As a group, if you would meet before the first
comers and meditate together to establish a field of protection, especially if you were
to gather your bodies in the physical proximity of the channel’s seat during the
session.)

Owen: This would be with the channel present? (With or without. It would only
take, in your time, a moment or two for a meeting of the minds and a melding of the
energy field. Moments only. If you were to gather on that physical site, join hands,
and say the AUM three times, you would build a sufficient field to protect everyone
present.)
At the end of the first open session, Gloria and one of the ladies in the audience
became nauseated. (Yes.) Is this something that occurred as a result of a condition that
we can correct and guard against? (That is the reason behind these instructions.
Between the time that the communicator leaves the body and the entity is again able
to take possession, there is a moment of great vulnerability. In the case of the other
person, that person is a natural medium and found herself in that moment of
vulnerability with the channel.)
Now, in that moment, we, after singing, should there be a little bit longer period
of singing? We went directly into questions, I think, from the audience at that time, and
immediately Gloria got up in distress. What can we do right in there? Would additional
singing be appropriate? (If you prolonged the singing until the channel’s eyes are
open and you are sure she is present.)

Owen: We are considering preparing a symbol or trademark for Temple
Publications, the symbol to be used on programs for open meetings, on our publications,
announcements of our healing retreat, etc. We were thinking of the description of the
temple that Silverthistle gave us. That’s the only description we have of the temple.
Could you give us any other guidance on what might be an appropriate symbol. (Since
Silverthistle is nearer to your material realm than I am, his description would have
more meaning for you and more potential to become graphically represented.)

Eileen: Sheariam, I’ve agreed to design this logo for Temple Publications, and
reading back over the transcripts, I have the understanding that Silverthistle saw it as a
faceted structure of any color that one wished to visualize. In a later transcript, you stated
that this was Silverthistle’s concept, and you noted that anyone can make it any shape,
any size, anything they wish to make it. (Which would be very difficult for you to
draw.) (Laughter)
Right. The question is: should I make it as near as possible a composite of the
group’s idea of what the temple should look like? Have you any special ideas or thoughts
on how it should be shown? (If in some way you can imply luminosity or
translucence…) I had that in mind, and I was wondering if maybe the faceted effect
could somehow be arranged in a recognizable form to people at our plane and level of
understanding so they would recognize it as somewhat of a temple instead of just a
faceted stone or something.
(Your Catholic sect has built beautiful cathedrals using similar forms for its
windows and doors to that described by Silverthistle. Perhaps you could use his
words and meld them with some of the respected architecture which has centuries of
meaning for many people.)
In other words, perhaps a spire effect, having the diamond-shape extend into a tall
thin spire. (Perhaps. But do not ignore the fact that some spherical indication must
also be present.)

Owen: But in general should this structure appear to be more similar say to a
religious temple than to a building on a campus of higher learning? (A secular building
would probably not represent the respect or appreciation of that which we give
you.)
Eileen: I seem to be leaning in my own mind towards something that is more
simplified and modern rather than these elaborate cathedrals and what not. Something
very simple and beautiful keeps coming to my mind. (We mentioned the cathedrals as
a point of reference as to form. As mankind moves into the future of his world, given
that he provides himself with one, life will become more highly technological, but
more plain and simple. Lines will become cleaner, if you will. Space will become
accentuated, not interstellar space, but living space.)

LaMar: In other words, we don’t want it to look like we’re a band of Catholics.
(Your attributes of living, the equipment with which you function in the future will
be more efficient, more functional, less complex, more direct.)

Owen: I know it’s getting late, and possibly you would want to postpone the
answer to this, if you care to give one. But in our earth-physical we like to know
something of the background of our teachers which establishes them as authorities in
their particular position or area of expertise. Since we’re going to be doing more
publication and teaching and so on involving the information that comes from the temple,
I was wondering if it was possible to have background information on our temple
teachers that we might include in our workbook. We already do have some on
Silverthistle. (We shall see to it that you have what information you need before the
workbook is complete.)

Sheariam: As the time draws on, let us settle ourselves for guided meditation. We
will be calling upon Khamael, Gabriel and Tzadkiel. Your third affirmation will be
“Mercy and love are infinitely reproduced”. So as soon as you are ready, settle your
bodies and calm your minds. Set aside all concerns of your own, all thoughts of
tonight’s lesson, and concentrate. Focus your minds on that landing area where
your compatriots sit in such grave situation.
Breathe deeply. Relax your bodies so that they do not concern you. Relax
your mind so that as you call upon the archangels, the Orders of Angels carry forth
the intention of healing. Relax your emotions so that you do not feel hostility, anger,
or resentment, but only compassion, concern, but not anxiety. Calm, peacefulness,
and certainty that you are having effect is what is needed. Now let us say the AUM
three times to focus all our energies together. (Done in good volume)
Khamael (three times). I am eternal life.
Gabriel (three times). I will Divine Will.
Tzadkiel (three times). Mercy and love are infinitely reproduced.
Now, as these centers are awakened within you and the Orders of Angels
come at your call, rub your hands together and generate physical energy, and toss it
in a ball into the center of the room.
See the blues and the greens, and the pinks and the lavenders. Be peace. Be
at peace. Feel compassion. As the healers from the temple join you and commit their
energies, invite also those whom you will of like mind to join us in their
consciousness to further this effort.
Continue with your mind and heart to build the energy so that at the proper
time the Angels of Tzadkiel can carry this energy of peace, of mercy, and love to the
proper places. Feel that yearning within yourselves that the physical safety, the
mental safety, and the emotional safety of all concerned, is accomplished. Feel that
love and compassion and yearning for a world at peace in which you may live in
peace. Know that you are calling upon the highest powers available to you to
accomplish this mission.
Mercy and love are infinitely reproduced. Reaffirm that to yourselves. As
you lend your minds and your hearts, and with the temple healers and teachers, see
the power grow. Visualize the colors. As Tzadkiel sends forth his Angels, they will
carry not only the energy but also the colors to affect at the intuitive level those who
have the power to change the situation, to change the balance of power to a safe
resolution.
As mercy and love are infinitely reproduced, sanity is brought to an insane
situation. Now visualize the angels in any form that make sense to you. See them
carrying that energy and those colors. Move them directly to that landing field, to
that airplane, into the offices where heads of state make their decisions, where those
who hold the power are holding their discussions. Let that energy and those colors
attach to communiqués that understanding shall be reached between the parties. Let
this energy of mercy and love clear the very air breathed by these participants.
Allow now those whom you have invited to return to themselves, but do not
draw the meditation to a close. Carry it with you in your hearts as you leave this
place. Keep it in the forefront of your consciousness until this situation is resolved.
Know that each time you remember this meditation activity, that you are enhancing
and empowering. Continue the affirmation as often as you can: Mercy and love are
infinitely reproduced.
And now, as you take your separate ways, you may say your farewells by
singing ‘Let there be peace”. I remain with you for a moment longer. My blessings
go with you. We in the temple continue this meditation until the situation is safely
resolved.
